Zero stars, if possible. Bill Polverine is a cheat and a liar. I'm actually surprised that he's not in prison by now! I bought some "Bench Tested & Guaranteed" circuit boards from him on EBay. One was wrong, 2 were bad, and were sent back to him as requested. Then nothing. Waited, emailed. Nothing. When he finally responded, he was rude and shirked all responsibility for the problem. Finally gave up, and he knows that most people won't keep fighting for small amounts. He seems to think that his positive EBay feedback outweighs all of the negative ones, but he is sorely mistaken. Even hardcore criminals have days when they are well behaved, but that doesn't make them angels in anyone's eyes. Stay far, far away! read more

I purchased some alarm equipment from this place on eBay. I had some issues connecting a transmitter and emailed the owner. His name was Bill or Bob or something. My email was simple and straight to the point. I asked for help connecting the transmitter to an alarm system. I specifically said "please I would greatly appreciate ur help", and at the end of the email I mentioned that if he couldn't help me I would then have to return the item. This man emailed not two minutes later and told me I could ask without threatening him with a return! I responded letting him know that I did ask nicely. He then refused to help and told me to return it, and that he isn't going to waste his time responding to me. I then called his store direct to find out exactly what he meant by me threatening him and not asking nicely. Needless to say he didn't answer but emailed me back cursing up a storm. I still have the emails and am forwarding them to eBay. I returned the item through PayPal and they decided in my favor to return my money. This nut had the nerve to think I was dumb enough to respond to another email sent by him through eBay, to cancel the transaction. In bold lettering it explained that If I agreed to cancel then I wouldn't receive my money back. This guy is a piece o work, the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Watch this guy he's slick and if he feels "threatened" he will harass u with emails cursing up a storm. Well I got my money back and I'm more than happy to send the emails to them. Don't deal with this guy, he's a nut. To top it off, he sent a totally different transmitter that I didn't order. read more

I asked a simple follow-up question about some sensors I had purchased from him, and Bill Polverine took offense.
