The place is owned by the little guy out back and the taller lady at the front. The female owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She will patiently listen to what you need and spend whatever time necessary looking up your parts and be sure to give you all your options, regardless if a $10 item or a $100 item. She is no pressure, and honest about any experiences they have had if you ask for her opinion. The husband is ok, you can tell he is busy, but he tries to listen and help you, and often refers you to his wife at the front counter for help. It is my understanding that he used to run the service dept at K&K Kawasaki in Vestal many years ago. When they first opened and I was looking for an inspection, he gave me crap about my taller than stock handlebars and even measured the height to the seat and told me I was over by a couple inches. Having had the handlebars on for over 15 years, I was about to tell him what I thought and leave, but he seemed to look past it, and kept looking the bike over, so I gave him a chance to prove he wasnt a dick. Glad I did. I had a problem with my horn and he let me fix it and kept on with the inspection. He passed it, but did look everything over. I have purchased tires, throttle cables, fuel additive, some gloves, etc... from them when stopping in. I recently called around for new tires again and their prices were as good as the best price I found online! They have been at their location now since probably 2007 or 2008 and I expect with their good part prices and the amount of service they do, they will be there for a long time to come. A welcome addition to Vestal. Stop by and give them a chance for your motorcycle and ATV needs. I am glad I did.

I spoke to Chris, the Service Manager, right before they closed. He told me to come in first thing in the morning and they would try and help me out. Chris was a huge help and eventually grabbed Matt, the GM and head technician, to help out as well. These guys had my bike in and out of the shop for nearly two hours. They really went out of their way to tend to my bike, which for those of us who have broken down on big trips, this type of support is absolutely crucial and not always easy to find. Matt eventually found the culprit and had me up and running confidently in no time. When I asked who to settle up with, Matt told me to not worry about it and to enjoy my ride. We talked about old bikes for a little while and he invited me to stick around for a bbq before I packed up and headed on the road again. Shame on me for trusting their word and not doing more research before I made this purchase but he seemed like a genuine guy. I've owned the car for 4 months now and paid good money for it. After doing a little research I found out the car was totaled and salvaged which was not disclosed to me at the time of the purchase or at any time. I found old ad's from the gentleman C & C Motorsports purchased the car from that clearly state the car had a salvage title in another state. C & C claim they had no idea. I find it very hard to believe a dealer wouldn't run a carfax on a car like this. Long story short they are denying any responsibility and change their story every time I have talked to them....all of which is documented. Horrible experience and poor customer service.
