I love the machine, but it was the worst buying experience of my life. I do not want to go on a rant, and I am not going to list all the issues here as the one I am still dealing with is unacceptable to me. I purchased a $36000 machine a month ago on June 30, 2026. I have been told on multiple occasions that certificate of origin is on its way, and I still have yet to receive it. A couple of weeks I can totally understand in is normal process, but a month is unacceptable. I cannot pay the sales tax I owe the state of PA or legally register the machine as required in PA until I have that nor can the bank acquire the title without this. So, I have a machine that i have owned for a month, paid a payment on as well as an insurance payment, and I can only legally drive it in my yard. I needed to exchange a part due to my own mistake. I was helped by a younger lady who came over from sales I believe to assist me. She was so knowledgeable and found the correct part that I needed. She opened the catalog and knew exactly where to look for the specific plow mount I needed. I've never had any person at any dealership be so knowledgeable and help in a department they don't even belong to. Her professionalism and knowledgeability was awesome. I went and bought a new sled from them in cash. Was told it was the easiest transaction they've made and if I need any accessories they'd give me a break for being a veteran. Went in to get my stickers a couple weeks later and grabbed a pair of hand guards while I was there. Thought they were overpriced ($122) but wasn't going to argue since I assumed they were going to do right by me. A friend stops over and I'm telling him about the sled and the hand guards came home up and he said I way over paid. So I look them up on m the Polaris site and he was right. If I were to pay msrp and not get a discount it should've been $95. Brought it up to them since I kept getting requests to leave a review. A week goes by and I'm told it was $122 because I bought hand guards and side view mirrors. I never bought mirrors. Finally they realize and wrong code was typed into the computer and I was owed like 20 some odd dollars. They'd be mailing me a invoice, check and a gift certificate for the mistake. Now here's when I got ticked off, a week later I get a envelope from them with a copy of the "apology email" and a gift certificate. No invoice, no check. I emailed saying I didn't get a check and that I'm done with them. Days go by and still no response. So on top of being charged for the wrong item I was going to be refunded to msrp prices. Moral of the story, they say what you want to hear when you're standing there and don't really care after the fact. Go anyplace else or buy online. I thought I was doing the right thing by trying to stay local, never again. read more
