The best part of the experience was the install and the install team. Manny and his crew absolutely crushed it. We had an issue with an unlevel floor, and they took the time to add self-leveling compound to fix the problem the right way. We also have a ridiculous amount of stairs -- 34 total -- that were previously covered in carpet, and they now look amazing. Manny and his team were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend.

He was able to repair a fist-sized hole in the middle of the rug (look at the photos - you can't even tell it was repaired there!), repair the torn and frayed edges, and clean the rug to make the colors vibrant again without running. His work was fast and the quality is excellent.
