I'm so glad I found Amanda in my stressed out state. I had a challenge to match my hardwood stair color with an lvp material. I started my research a few months prior to getting my keys to the new construction home. I couldn't even see my stairs with the hardwood completed. All I had were the hardwood samples as reference. Amanda is truly a white glove service. While other floor companies were more concerned of measurements and just providing me a price of what the work would cost, Amanda had a full picture approach. She has the best communication even over txt. I'm a mom of 2 under 6 yr old and it's quite difficult for me to pick up the phone so txting is by far my communication of choice. Her goal was to ensure I would love the product even if I was just purchasing material from her. I went to her sample store to check out her products and she helped me find a few samples that could be a potential fit and I'm thrilled that we found the absolute perfect product! Her store has hardwood, lvp, laminate and carpet to choose from. I ordered lvp, carpet and carpet padding from her. Fairly fast shipping. She ensured smooth pick up from her warehouse. All their products really elevated my home and the hardwood to lvp-SEAMLESS!!! I would highly recommend Latta floors with your needs especially if you're a burnt out mom with kids. read more

We recently completed a full flooring renovation in our two-story home -- tile demo, carpet removal, and new laminate installation throughout -- and I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and incredibly patient. After the flooring was delivered, I realized it wasn't the right choice for the space. I was honestly nervous to speak up, but they immediately reassured me and didn't make me feel rushed or difficult at all. Instead, they encouraged me to take my time. I spent a full week reviewing additional samples in my home until I found the perfect one, and they supported me through that entire process with total grace. What really stood out is that they went a step further -- they actually reached out to past clients here in Brentwood who had similar flooring and scheduled times for me to go into their homes and see the floors in real life. That level of trust and relationship with their clients speaks volumes. The demo was handled efficiently and cleanly, and they coordinated seamlessly with other projects happening in the home (painting, cabinet work, furniture timing). The installation itself is beautiful -- They also went above and beyond in ways that weren't even part of their scope. After demo, they fixed a squeak in our stairs -- something they didn't have to do, but took care of anyway. It's those little things that show the kind of team they are. Every day, they left the job site -- my home -- clean and organized. The owners were incredible, and the entire team truly shines in their individual roles. You can tell they take pride in their work and in the experience they provide. This was a big project, and they handled every step with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The end result completely transformed our home. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Shout out to Amanda. She was great! Even though I had the opportunity to shop around and compare prices between Latta Floors and other vendors, in the back of my mind, i still have Latta Floors close to my heart. To be honest, Amanda won my heart over. She was straight forward, honest, responsive, and efficient -- my kind of people. From the very beginning, Amanda was encouraging and patient going through the type of carpets and padding with me. She was also very quick to respond to all of our emails - some times i wonder if she ever sleeps! haha Thanh and his teams were great too! They had a team for carpet installation and another team for vinyls. This help made the installation process so much more faster. For our new home, the previous owner's flooring had some uneven flooring and Thanh was able to fix the problem. Our stairs also had some creaking sound and Thanh's team was able to fix the creak as well! In the end all of our flooring turn out great and we really like the result. read more

We recently had the old flooring (carpet/hardwood) replaced with Latta Floors and could not recommend them more! Everyone on their team is communicative, competent, and put us at ease during a busy remodel. Thanh gave great advice when choosing the actual flooring, never upselling or pressuring us into an option that wasn't the right fit for our needs. Amanda, RJ, and Thanh all went above and beyond to answer questions and ensure we had a fast, but well done installation. They are a wonderful team to work with! read more

Wow! I am so very impressed with LATTA Floors. Amanda went above and beyond for us and we hadn't even done business with them. We called to get another opinion on squeaks in our floors. She had me send the video and reached out to a colleague because everyone was on jobs. She called back right away with an answer. I truly regret that we didn't use them for our floors but I can guarantee that we will use them in the future. Their customer service extraordinaire is the best I have ever seen not from flooring companies but ALL companies! I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Thanks Amanda. I truly appreciate you, your work ethic and your customer support. You're amazing! read more

Latta Floors Brings Old-School Integrity Back! If you are looking for a flooring company that actually gets it, look no further than Latta Floors! In a world where customer service seems practically non-existent these days, this small business is a total breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond from start to finish, showing us exactly what a business should operate like. They did a great job installing our floors. A huge shout-out to how they treat our service communities: If you are a First Responder or Last Responder, Latta Floors doesn't just pay lip service to appreciating you, they show it through their service & workmanship. It is so refreshing to be supported by people who genuinely care. The team here is absolutely phenomenal: RJ was the biggest reason we said YES! She simply exudes customer service. We honestly aren't sure how she does it because the level of kindness she demonstrates is out of this world. She was so understanding and flexible with us. Amanda took professionalism to the next level. When we think of Amanda, we think thorough and detailed. She is amazing with follow-up and actually keeps her word--something that is extremely rare these days! And then there is Thanh... this man makes Superman exhausted! We are still trying to figure out if he is human or not! The amount of thing's he & his team gets done, combined with the sheer quality of his work, is mind-blowing. On top of that, he is the most down-to-earth, nicest guy you'll ever meet. They really came through for us, even squeezing us in and finishing ahead of schedule right before the Holidays! Working with Latta Floors reminded us of a time, long ago in America, when people honored their word and did what they said they would do because their reputation mattered. We are so glad you stepped out on faith to start your own business installing floors! We need more business owners like you! Great Job, Latta Floors! You come highly recommended and that's a fact! Thank you for hooking us up! read more

This team was excellent! They did the work all in one day. When we found one small issue, they sent someone out the VERY next day to resolve. The product we chose is excellent. We couldn't be happier with the whole project, soup to nuts! Highly recommend! read more

Very VERY Happy with the work of Latta Floors. They were referred to us by our realtor. Our plan was to have flooring done before we moved in and a lot of other vendors couldn't meet the timing we needed or would be extremely expensive. At least that's what it was at the beginning of the research. Once we checked out their show room, Amanda was amazing. She came up, taught us more about carpets than anyone should know and insisted we take all of her sample boards to the house to make sure what we wanted was EXACTLY what we wanted for color. We also wanted some LVP installed that matched our existing. We were afraid she'd come back with something insanely expensive but no. She came back with the exact material we had already in the house! Aside from the tight schedule we had, Latta was very reasonably priced and great to work with. Answering texts at the off hours (due to my kids/work schedule) and always being there to answer questions. What did it for me the most was the install. Thanh was the lead for the install and he and his crew did a great job with the LVP and the carpet. We trusted their judgement on some of the intricacies of some of our steps and were REALLY happy with the end product. What's even more is I showed Thanh some concerns I had from the existing flooring and he cited that it wasn't damage but a bad install. Thanh came early on the day of LVP install and fixed the flooring himself! I can't speak highly enough about Latta's service and quality. Super happy with them from a business and personable perspective. read more

I found Latta Floors via yelp and so glad that I did. I wanted to find a local business and someone I could trust. Amanda was amazing every step of the way. I've been back and forth on wanting to upgrade my flooring for some time so having someone patient and supportive in my needs was a must! Amanda kept me updated throughout the entire process, really listened to what I was looking for and what my concerns were. Ultimately I decided to do Gemcore laminate for my sunroom (for now) with her help in finding the product. I can't be happier especially knowing I can steam mop! Thanh was also great and did an excellent job on install. I hope to do future business again once I decide on the rest of the house. Thanks so much Latta Floors!!!! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Latta Floors and especially about the amazing Litzy. What a superstar!! She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. Exceptionally bright and truly knows her stuff. Litzy is flexible and never pushy. She genuinely listens and meets customers exactly where they are, without any pressure or upselling just a sincere desire to help. Her flooring selections are excellent, her quotes are clear and fair, and the customer service is outstanding from start to finish. Latta Floors truly has it all! Highly recommend in all areas! :) read more

We recently bought a house in Concord and our realtor recommended Latta Floors to replace all our flooring and they were fantastic! Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The were incredibly communicative and worked hard with their vendors to get us the best deal possible and we ended up with reasonable and fair price for the work done and materials used. We did an initial walk through of the house to get some recommendations on types of flooring and they brought a few flooring samples for that first meeting. They even let us keep a couple samples overnight so we could see it them different lighting. The next day we went out to their showroom in Livermore and saw a ton more samples and made our final decisions. The installation itself was mostly uneventful, though they did find a couple weird issues after pulling up the current floors, but they were again very communicative and gave us updated recommendations and there was only a small upcharge to fix the unforeseen issues. Everyone was on time from start to finish and even with the additional issues the project ended exactly when they initially promised, and our floors turned out amazing! I highly recommend Latta to anyone who asks for a flooring recommendation!! read more

I was looking to replace my 19 year old laminate with something a little more modern. I knew I wanted to shop local and turned to Yelp for some businesses in Livermore. Latta floors had a 5 star rating, and now I know why. I submitted an appointment for an estimate and was contacted within the hour. I had an appointment for measurements on the books for the following week. Jason came to my house to measure and bring some samples. He was on time and professional. He did a quick measurement and suggested I visit the showroom in town to look at samples. When I got to the store, Jason was there and helped pull out some samples. I initially took three but came back a few days later to swap them out as I was not finding what I liked. Jason was super helpful and understanding that this was a big choice to be made and didn't rush me. He was able to send me some quotes on a few looks that I was interested in within the day. I finally decided on a look and a date was set up for installation the following week. On the day of the installation I received a text update on when the crew would be arriving. The owner was the first person to show up. He was super friendly and professional. His crew showed up shortly after. They were very polite and friendly and didn't make me feel in the way while I was doing some other stuff around the house while they were working. They were able to move most of my furniture and worked from room to room. I have a smaller home and they were able to finish almost the whole job in one day! The owner came back the next day to see the work and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy customers and cared about the work that his crew does. I am super happy about the way the flooring turned out and the service that was provided by Latta floors. You won't be disappointed with this business! read more

Thanh and Amanda are amazing! We needed leveling and flooring installed quickly and they came through with such great service. Very responsive via phone, e-mail, text, they are always easy to get a hold of and answer all of your questions. We had just finished remodeling our master bedroom and the flooring was a mess. Thanh and his team squeezed us in to level one uneven section of room, then we worked with his wife Amanda to pick and order carpet, then his installers did a beautiful job installing the carpet. They took care in the areas where flooring transitioned from tile to carpet. Thanh even installed new baseboards for us. Amanda helped me find my dream carpet in a short amount of time. She pulled a variety of samples for me based on the styles and colors I liked. She let me borrow the samples to view at home and I was able to narrow down my choices quickly. My family and I really love our new carpet. It is so luxurious and soft, we are so happy with it. We're really impressed with the installation of the carpet on the stairs--it looks great! Thanh and Amanda really care about giving you the best possible product and service. We really appreciate them going above and beyond to make us happy, thank you Amanda and Thanh! read more

My girlfriend and I are brand new homeowners and with our dog, we knew we wanted to immediately remove the carpeted areas and replace them with LVP. Last year, my sister did the same with her home purchase and raved about Thanh and his team. She explained how excellent, efficient, and knowledgeable Thanh was and recommended I use him. I am glad I did. When I called Thanh expressing our interest and that we were referred to him by my sister, he immediately remembered her and the job, which was a great start to the call. He recommended that we stop by his new storefront in Livermore to check out the flooring options so we can pick a color. Doing so, we met his wife, Amanda, who was just as friendly and helpful. She allowed us to take home a few samples as we contemplated different colors. Leading up to the installation day, emails and texts with Amanda and the rest of the Latta Floors team were easy and straightforward. They were always responsive and flexible, especially as we added and removed from our quote until we were satisfied. The installation took just a day to do our living room, dining room, and replace a lot of our baseboards across the kitchen and hallway. I highly recommend working with Thanh and the Latta Floors team. We definitely will on our next property! read more

I was referred to Latta floors from our Realtor who has worked with them on quite a few properties. This recommendation in and of itself is high praise. I contacted Amanda and immediately got a very professional and thorough response asking for more information and specifics around what I was looking for. Within a few days they had someone out to take measurements and provided multiple quotes using different flooring options. I was very set on a specific look and had a flooring in mind that was unfortunately discontinued. Amanda was INCREDIBLY patient with me, over the top helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we found something we would be happy with. I am horribly indecisive and never once did she act irritated/annoyed with me. She just kept reassuring me that I would find the flooring that I love and she would help me find it! And she did! Amanda and Thanh are super professional and took the time to address any and all concerns I had throughout the process. They are both responsive and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, I would recommend Latta Floors! read more

I needed to have the floors in my rental unit replaced due to a pipe that had burst. I decided to use the same restoration company that dried the mess out to do all the repair work, including the flooring. But, that company did not have any of the SPC luxury vinyl that we were replacing, and the color we had no longer existed, so I needed to find a place close by where I could see samples in order to choose a replacement. I found Latta Floors in my search, and it looked like they had a lot of SPC. I told them I already had an installer, and I was not sure if the restoration company would want to purchase through them, and wondered if they could still let me look at the samples. They were very welcoming and helpful and let me come in and look around and ask questions. At the showroom I met Thanh, and he asked me how much flooring we needed and then let me know that they had some SPC left over from various jobs, and could offer us a good deal on those if we wanted. I did find one of those that I liked, and I let the restoration company owner know their price, and he agreed to buy it from them. It worked out great to get what we needed immediately and for a very good price. The restoration company then used a subcontractor that did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and I asked the folks at Latta some of my questions to help me make some decisions to get that rectified with the restoration company. Amanda and Thanh were very kind and helpful with looking at some pictures and giving me some of their knowledge and thoughts. I would say that anyone looking for flooring should take a look at Latta, especially if you are looking for SPC luxury vinyl- they have a great selection. From my interaction with them I would say they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely responsive. Amanda is amazing at responding online or via text very quickly and she follows through with all the information that is needed. Thank you, Latta Floors! read more

I used Yelp to get several flooring estimates and also got an estimate from Costco flooring, at the end we selected Latta Floors for several reasons: - price range was within other quotes, big difference for me was timing to get a quality produced estimate. The estimate had a really good breakdown of each item and labor. Others that I received ranged from hand written notes to Yelp messages. When it comes to any home improvement project a well documented estimate is always valuable (for future tax cost basis) - payment was another BIG factor while I could have paid by check or cash, being able to use a Costco credit card allowed me to get points and Latta doesn't charge a credit card fee that others do. Personally, I find it really annoying for businesses to charge clients a credit card transaction - customer service was always on point, stating with Vincent (rock star service) to Amanda and Ton. From the start we worked with Vincent and Amanda to find the wood flooring product we wanted, not what they wanted or what other flooring folks wanted to give us. We also asked for any incentives and they passed on their supplier discount to us (such as a Thanksgiving sale)!! Ton takes pride in his craftsmanship and it shows when the most minor items he fixed for us rather than brushing them off, such as caulking spots which he color matched that I cannot see the difference anymore. I personally feel more comfortable that an owner continues to do his craft rather than just supervising, shows me pride of workmanship. - overall experience was beyond expectations, when the job finished I asked to pay the remaining balance by credit card (again to get points) and was informed to just pay at their showroom. While I was thinking they would have a mobile card reader just trusting the client was a welcomed surprise to just drive over to their showroom and make the final payment. read more

Latta floors is amazing. Amanda was given to me as a recommendation to help find floors that would match something we wanted that went out of stock. She was so thorough and energetic. She gave me updates as she discovered options and even went the distance to bring samples directly to me rather than me having to come to her. She found multiple close matches for us and their pricing was equal or better than what we had in mind. I have done bad job of returning the samples in a timely fashion and Amanda has shown nothing but patience and grace towards my ineptitude.
