I recently coordinated the food for our company's annual summit. This year, there were 13 of us, sharing multiple meals together. We've ordered lunch for our smaller staff on multiple occasions, always for take-out. Organizing the buffet-style dinner for the team was a wonderful experience. I went into the restaurant to meet with Francesco to go over the menu. He made recommendations on what would work best with the buffet style, and we came up with a wonderful selection. The entire process was well organized and simple. The staff on the night of our event was fabulous. We sat in the semi-private space. Our server and the bar staff were all on top of their game. As always, the food was phenomenal! Our food allergies were accommodated well (Tree Nuts and Strawberries). The staff even provided some takeout containers for some of our staff to take home leftovers to family. Soup-to-nuts, this was a fantastic experience and we will definitely consider La Casetta for our events in the future.
