I was very nervous, I'd never been in a hot air balloon before, and the owners were absolutely wonderful when it came to knowledge, safety and providing the right information to make me feel extremely at ease. Dave was our pilot and he was absolutely fantastic. Our flight with him was the highlight of our trip to Zion and southern Utah. The views are literally breathtaking. It was so peaceful, serene and beautiful. My husband and I highly recommend you book a flight with Zion Balloons.. we guarantee you will be happy you did!! PS) You can't tell but we have huge smiles on our faces in the photo I attached to my review!

We had been there before and enjoyed the mini golf and the carts. The bowling alley is a…read morecompletely different deal. A beautiful set of allies, but horribly appointed and operated. We were assigned lane 17. After two approaches, I almost fell. There was grease from something on approach. When asked they came over with a broom and tried to sweep it up. No luck. I asked if they had acetone, they said no. That wasn't enough, they are string pin setters and they don't correctly count the pins and the setters fail on a regular basis because the pins slide but they don't fall. Then the pin setter doesn't work. We took three 0 scores because all but one pin went down, but the other slid and the system can't account for that and reset the pins. We finally asked for a refund, there was no one there capable of wiping down the approach or resetting the pins. Great for kids, but if you like to bowl, find somewhere else, it is terrible, absolutely terrible, If it were possible to give it less than one star I would.

Didn't get the instructor's name but he went through the basics and let us be. Doesn't seem like they enforce a strict guide to the time, but we had set a timer on our phones and left when the 30min was up, as being in St George there is few dinner options past 9 and that was our next stop. They do have a smash space but I'm not sure where as the space was pretty tight with the throwing booths.

You can tell when someone enjoys what they do! I feel like we could've spent hours out on the water if it didn't get quite choppy with the wind trying to head back to the dock. We lucked out and it was just the 3 of us out on the water for the tour, me and my sweetie in a double canoe. Bill took pictures of us and while crunched in a canoe with a life vest isn't a flattering look for me, I certainly didn't care at the time. We even helped clean up the area with our haul of trash!
