All of these items were practically new and had only been worn once. The young woman at the front desk was kind and professional, but the owner was dismissive when I raised my concerns. He waved his hand in my face, showed absolutely no care or concern for my clothing, and made no effort to resolve the damage even after I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes fixed. There seems to be no care taken with customers' clothing or concern about how items are returned. When you trust a business with your clothes--especially nice or expensive pieces--you expect them to be handled properly and with care. I do NOT recommend bringing nice, new, or expensive clothing here. My items were only worn once and came back with damage and issues they did not have before. This is not a place I would trust with my clothes again. Choose a business that cares about your clothing, respects its customers, and takes responsibility for its work.
