I drive over 24 miles to Lee Shoes, and it is worth every single minute of the trip. Osman is a true craftsman, and his wonderful assistant, Son, is always so pleasant and welcoming. I'm a firm believer that when you love a pair of shoes, you invest in real leather so they last. Because of Osman's expertise, I have shoes in my collection that are 30 years old and still look incredible. Osman treats them like 'our souls' (pun intended!), giving them a total face-lift that ensures I'll get another decade or more out of them. Whether it's restoring, refreshing, or a deep repair, this is the only place I trust with my family's leather products. If you have pieces you love, bring them here! read more

Mr. Osman is an artist and a craftsman. I have a leg-length discrepancy (paperboy vs. Chevrolet) and need a full shoe lift. This involves slicing off the sole, installing a 3/4" thick piece of material, and sealing the entire thing. Everything needs to be even and clean, or I can suffer a lot of discomfort. Mr. Osman has done a great job on a variety of shoes--dress and casual--for over twenty years. I rely on him. read more

We are batting 1,000 in this town. We had two pairs of shoes and a handbag in need of repair. Not only did Lee's take the job on, everything was ready the next day. If that means they have no other work, I should be quiet and enjoy this well kept secret. It's been one week and the repairs are standing up perfectly. When I think about how much money replacements would've cost us, hence Lee's saved us, I'm happy we tried him out. It's a cool little shop too. Who doesn't love the smell of leather? We have plenty of leather products so it's a good contact to have. There's an added bonus in that it's close to where we stay and there are a few other businesses we enjoy in the same complex. 12/21 read more

The guy is an artist! My husband took in a pair of shoes where the lace grommets were ripping through. He saved the shoes and they look better than new! read more

I've always received excellent service. Very pleased with the quality of my shoe repairs.

I have brought two pairs of shoes here in the last months for sole replacement and I was extremely happy with the result on both. One pair of shoes had some additional repairs done and those also turned out great. Both times my shoes were completed within a couple days and came back all polished up and looking brand new. This was my goto under the prior ownership and I will continue to come here based on the experience with the new ownership. read more

Lee provides quality shoe repair every time. He is my go to place for all of my shoe needs for heels. And, if he can't repair the shoe with integrity, he will be honest and say so. Exceptional quality for the value. My shoes look brand new when Lee repairs them. read more

Lee has been fixing our families shoes for many years, and has done wonders on shoes I thought could never be repaired! He has always been honest and charged us a fair price for each service. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what he can do before you throw away that favorite pair of shoes!! read more

What a lovely owner & his work is excellent! Reasonable pricing. Timely finish. My dad is going to be so pleased with the repair.

Mr. Lee replaced the insoles on my leather slides, and sprayed and polished them. They look good as new! The new insoles are better quality than the original ones. Thank you for your excellent work, Mr. Lee! I'll be back! read more

Wonderful job fixing an old pair of heels I had! They look brand new! Fixed in one day!

My husband took a pair of my Birkenstocks for resoling and I had wanted white soles. Mr. Lee originally priced the repair for Vibram soles because that was what he had in stock. But, instead he ordered the Birkenstock soles, but decided not to charge the additional amount. He did a great job and I highly recommend his expert work. read more

I seriously love this guy and his shoe repair business! I've taken two pairs of shoes to him and he's fixed both. And, he'll do it while you wait. Can you ask for anything better?! This guy knows what he's doing. And I think it's so unique what he does. In a world where things are mass produced and easily discarded, he knows his craft and knows it well. He can rescue those favorite pair of exactly fitting shoes for you efficiently and methodically. You can drop them off or wait for him as he works his magic. I'm not the only person that recognizes this because there's always stacks of shoes ready to be picked up. I had the heels repaired on two pairs of shoes. It was around $10 a pair. Totally worth it to me. A good pair of shoes is like a pair of perfectly fitting jeans: you don't want to give them up unless you absolutely have to. Hours: 8-6 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 9 to 2 Wednesday and Saturday. The Saturday hours are really nice if you want him to fix your shoes while you wait. You should bring cash or check though, he doesn't take credit cards. read more

Great workmanship and pleasant service! I would come back here every time. I took two pair of dress shoes in for cleaning and new heels. I was in a pinch and needed them back the same day. He did it! And he was so pleasant to speak with. He told me to come back at a specific time, and when I did, the shoes were ready! read more

2 pairs of shoes that we're going to cost me at least $150 to replace a piece were completely shined and fixed up to look almost new. I will definitely be coming back to Lees for all my shoe repair needs. Also customer service is great. read more

Been going to Lee for the past 3 years. Does a great job each time. Doesn't give me a receipt for the shoes I drop off and I no longer ask how much it costs.....he remembers what I drop off and he's very reasonable with his charges. Not many businesses run like this anymore. A bit out of the way for me but well worth it. read more

Repaired the underside of a worn TUMI shoulder strap for me after TUMI said they wouldn't refurbish it. Cost $35 and it looks great. I'll be back get heals on my dress shoes replaced at $29ea. Seems like a great local craftsman shop. read more

Not happy. Purse strap broke. Took it in for a few stitches to fix the one side and requested a couple stitches to reinforce the other side. When I returned to pick it up on the day I was told it would be ready, it wasn't done. Returned a few days later to find out he fixed the one side but did not reinforce the other side. Paid $14 to get both sides done but only one was done. When I asked about the other side he just said it will be fine. I will not go back there again. read more
