I didn't lift the bag off of my coat until we were leaving the house, on our way to the airport. I had to rush to a department store to buy a winter coat to take with me to Germany. I took my coat up to the cleaners to show the clerk what they did. The clerk gave me a fake website name however I was able to leave a review on Google, Facebook and now Yelp. Took my daughter's homecoming dress here to have an inch taken up. While there, we discovered that…read moreit no longer fit and was just shy of zipping. It was agreed that they would use the fabric from the bottom to add room at the zipper. Was told to come back on the 20th (almost two weeks from drop off). Dance was 27th. Came on the 22nd to try on. Back was great, but hem was a mess- uneven, slip hanging out under mesh overlay, strings that attach the beads loose. She said she'd fix it, come back Wed. On Wed, she basically shoved the dress at me and I paid and left- at this point I knew it must still be a mess because I wasn't even shown the finished product. But at that point I just needed to figure out what needed to be fixed. As I walked to the car, sequins were falling off in the parking lot. I ended up having to completely undo her hem, remove the stones at the bottom and secure the thread attaching the stones so no more fell off, rehem and hand-sew the stones and sequins to match the rest of the dress. I had to skimp because I didn't have many extras to work with. Dress ended up turning out fine despite about 4 hours of my time fixing the dress. Monday I went back to get the garment bag she did not return. While waiting, I saw she had a pile of stones that she did not give me!! I needed those for the fix!! She could not find my bag. All in all, the price she quoted was reasonable for the zipper alterations but felt low for both zipper and hem so I guess you get what you pay for... but the work was not at all what she told me I would get, and def not worth the stress it caused. Will never return or recommend to others.

I showed up and she had a hard time finding my jacket to find out it hasn't been done yet. She asked if I could come back later in the day or another day. I chose to come back on Tuesday. I came back and she found it not done again. Again asked if I would come back later in the day or the next day, again I came back the next day. It was done and done well. Excellent work. I requested a receipt for the pants I had brought the previous day. I noticed that it showed all items being dry cleaned. I informed the lady that the pants didn't need to be dry cleaned. She informed me that it was their policy that all items had to be dry cleaned before they could be altered due to the virus. Nonsense! So this is going to cost me an additional $7.00 per pair $21.00 for 3 )Why don't they inform you of such when you drop off items to be altered? Wouldn't washing be just as effective? This is a company policy and not a state requirement. How much sense does it make to dry clean something you are going to have altered? The outcome was fabulous! Not only was it returned beautifully, but they had carefully pressed it using the special tool that is inserted between layers to avoid crushing the tie flat. Many other cleaners don't have the special tool or this skill. Really appreciate the care and dedication demonstrated by the manager of this location to ensure that it was done perfectly.
