As this cafe is located in dtla, parking is generally harder. They have a few street parking spots in front of the cafe ( I went on a Friday morning and was able to get the last spot! ) You may have to park a little further to get parking since downtown spots are a bit difficult. The outside of the cafe is nice and the inside has a great atmosphere! There is seating inside and outside (you take the back door out). They also have a restroom which is located in the back of the outside seating area. I ordered a berry pastry and the iced cortado. The berry pastry was good and I really enjoyed the blueberries on top as it added a sweet taste! The sides of the pastry though were a bit too dry and crispy for me, but if you enjoy crispy pastries then I definitely recommend it! I ordered the iced cortado, it isn't a signature drink, but it was recommended by other individuals. I had a strong taste, but was a bit too bitter for me; however, if you like your coffee a bit bitter, then this would be perfect! Definitely worth it to try out if you are in the area. read more

I was looking for a new coffee spot near the e area and I'm glad I found this spot. As you walk in it's very nice well taken care of place. The decoration inside is modern with a twist I can't put my finger on. I do judge coffee shops by their cold brew and theirs is smooth with a great taste. Horrible service. We walked in and this is how it unfolded. No hi, no hello. Just "are you ready?" I placed my order. "What else?" My daughter was shocked. She placed her order. "Is that all?" Was a bit concerned with the low rating here on Yelp bur I was in the area and it looked really good so i decided to try it out for myself. And I'm so glad I did, because it may just be my new favorite spot in the Arts District. There are so many great coffee shops around, but this one really stands out. The space has such a cool mix of styles -- modern Santorini on the outside and a renovated Korean Hanok vibe inside. It feels calm, bright, and thoughtfully designed. We tried a few croissants -- the ham & cheese and pistachio were both incredible: super flaky, buttery, and surprisingly filling. The cream top drinks were another highlight -- basically like an affogato, but they do a matcha version too. The matcha was intense and high quality, not overly sweet. The best part is the hidden courtyard in the back that connects multuple trendy shops. It's quiet, peaceful, and perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a slow afternoon. Also pet friendly. Really great first experience at Concierge. Love the look and feel of the place, ample room to chill, both inside and outside patio. Really friendly service and baristas. The two drinks that I tried were spot on. Their signature saffron latte was delicious, not something I could drink daily but a very luxurious drink. And made an Americano from the espresso shot and that was really solid, no complaints on the drink end. Their signature saffron parking in the area isn't great but if you manage to find street parking this is the best coffee in that area of the Arts District of DTLA... Such a cute spot in the Arts District. The barista did a great job of guiding our drink orders. I was thrilled with our pastry choices, too. The server recommended the banana bread, and I was not disappointed. It was light and moist with concentrated banana flavor from the whole banana slices they'd baked into the top as decoration. The lamination on my partner's pistachio croissant was amazing! I did find my drink - the einspänner, double espresso, cold brew, dark chocolate, salt, cream top - was a bit rich for me. But it was great with some water to thin it out as I consumed it. And that meant it lasted longer than it might have otherwise. I love this coffee shop. It's quiet and small. There's areas outside to sit as well as inside. There's a lot of coffee shops and other locations you can walk to around this area. I got an iced vanilla latter which was delicious. Now if you're a content girly or guy I would say this area is perfect to get some photos or create content in general. Had a meet-up here on a Saturday in December. It's been a while since I've been around DTLA, so Concierge Coffee was new to me. Plenty of free 3 hour street parking around this coffee shop. I usually like cold coffee and the iced saffron latte ($8) seemed pretty unique so I ordered that. I was pleased to find they use real glassware for their drinks (not sure if you have to request it as my mentee's coffee came in a disposable cup). I was bummed that for the price, the latte is rather small and wasn't strong on the coffee. Still, it was nice to try, but I might order another drink next time. A good amount of seating inside. Not a lot of tables and the tables here are more like coffee tables so not the best set-up if you plan to do work here for several hours. read more

Most coffee shops will have iced latte, but lately I've been trying to drink less milk and so glad Concierge offers other iced espresso drinks other than lattes. I tried the iced cortado which really hits the spot! When you want caffeine but just a splash of milk. I was pleasantly surprised to see their offerings including the iced flat white and iced cappuccino- I will absolutely go back and try other drinks. My boyfriend had the matcha latte (hot) and enjoyed it as well. Place might be a bit hard to find if you're driving by too quickly; look out for a white building next to Groundwork's (gray building). I went to check out this new cafe in arts district and the vibes here were very nice! I loved the ambience and there's a nice courtyard and interesting mirror hallway for you to explore as well. Parking is street parking that can be tough in the area depending what time of day you're coming. In terms of the drinks, I got the Hojicha latte sweetened and with oat milk and my friend got the einspanner. The Hojicha was lovely and super balanced! It's definitely one of the better Hojicha lattes I've had. Meanwhile the einspanner was pretty unsweetened and super strong so definitely wasn't my favorite type of einspanner. Came here on a Tuesday with the little one and there were four others here. I didn't see outlets but I didn't look too hard but someone was working there. Seating isn't going to be the most comfy as it is very modern but I love the look. The espresso was on the more sour/tart side so if that's what you are into, this is your place. Chill and quiet when I went, perhaps because it was an hour before closing. But I enjoyed the sunlight coming from the window and it felt like the perfect reading spot. I live in the neighborhood and was excited that there were a few coffee shops I could walk to. I visited Concierge July 2025 for the first time and was excited to try it. I will say the outside and inside of the shop are so cute and offer a relaxing space. But I don't understand the service with white straight males! This is the second coffee shop I've visited in the Arts District with only guys who don't greet or smile. The first time I had an iced vanilla latte and I wasn't the biggest fan. It was a bit bitter. The second time I tried this place I got a hot vanilla latte that I really enjoyed but guess what?? Customer service was exactly the same as my first visit. And guess what?? They were also all guys! Very cool, hip ambiance with a simple interior and hidden connecting entrance to a clothing store. I got the einspanner which was a bit too bitter and strong for my taste (which I am assuming was from the cold brew), but it was still good for what it was. I've had 2 crappy incidents at this coffee shop, after the first incident I decided to give it one more try to see if it was just a one off. I was wrong lol First incident; I walked in and the tall guy with longer hair was at the cash register, I go up to order and he just stares at me, no greeting no "what can I get for you?", I don't expect a greeting but to just stare at me and say nothing is crazy. So I bought a bag of beans and with every purchase of a bag you get a free coffee. He rung me up for the beans and called it a day, didn't even ask me what type of coffee I wanted, I had to mention "oh I don't get a cup of coffee with the beans?", he responded "oh. Yeah, you do". So if I didn't ask he would've just not offered, cool. 2nd incident; this is the incident that prompted me to write this review and I'm writing it as I'm walking home from said incident. I was walking to concierge from my place today and ran into my neighbor who had a bag of beans from Concierge, we stopped to chat and he mentioned that he just asked for fresh beans and they bagged some up for him. I was so excited because I was on my way to get beans and they haven't been putting out fresh beans. I got there literally a few minutes after my neighbor just left, asked for fresher beans and the bald guy behind the counter told me "we have but they're not bagged up", which is crazy because my neighbor was able to get some literally minutes earlier. So we just pick and choose the type of service we give to different customers now? Based on what? I left and went to a different coffee shop nearby that treats their customers way better Safe to say I'll never be going to this coffee shop again, and I suggest everyone support a business that actually treats their customers well. It's called matcha affogato and I had no ideas what that meant but it was their signature so I ordered. It's just ice cream and matcha. The service and environment was great! I really like the whole vibe of the store and outside seating area in the back. It felt so zen! The coffee was so good!! I got an iced vanilla latte half sweet, and their vanilla syrup is housemade. You get the coffee in a nice glass if you get it for there rather than to-go. They accept reusable cups. I give the vanilla latte a 9/10, so good, would recommend. The back area is so dang gorgeous, I could totally see all the fashionable folks going here for pics LOL.
