First time & will be back. Super cute & I heard their latte options are good. Wanted to try the yuzu tonic matcha bc it was a hot day & it was good! Very tonic & lemon flavor - didn't get that matcha kick but it was very refreshing (not sweetened). The inside was very cool, no tables just benches. But there was a back patio that had tables & free wifi from cafe. Parking was a con.. it was a bit tough to find parking since a lot of metered for 2 hrs. I found one that was 4 hrs but it honestly I think I'd pay the $5 flat rate parking spot they have bc my total for meter was almost $5 Service was sweet & good. Will be back
As this cafe is located in dtla, parking is generally harder. They have a few street parking spots in front of the cafe ( I went on a Friday morning and was able to get the last spot! ) You may have to park a little further to get parking since downtown spots are a bit difficult. The outside of the cafe is nice and the inside has a great atmosphere! There is seating inside and outside (you take the back door out). They also have a restroom which is located in the back of the outside seating area. I ordered a berry pastry and the iced cortado. The berry pastry was good and I really enjoyed the blueberries on top as it added a sweet taste! The sides of the pastry though were a bit too dry and crispy for me, but if you enjoy crispy pastries then I definitely recommend it! I ordered the iced cortado, it isn't a signature drink, but it was recommended by other individuals. I had a strong taste, but was a bit too bitter for me; however, if you like your coffee a bit bitter, then this would be perfect! Definitely worth it to try out if you are in the area.

I was craving a cortado as Ive never tried one. I was exploring LA and I saw this really cool spot on Yelp so I decided to try it out. But the reviews kind scared me because a 3.8 score isn't good to me. the reviews were mostly for the service, which is something I usually try not to include in my score unless it was exceptionally bad, so I decide to give it a try despite the poor reviews. Yea, that guy (TEMU Bieber) in the front purposely ignored me for almost a full 3mins, I waited right there in the front, the machine faces the customers so there's no way he didn't see me as it is also right next to the counter to order. I wait right there and he doesn't look up, doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge my existence for some time. Cool I said he's busy, let me go look at the cool merch they have, as the interior is very very nice but still under construction I believe. As I walk away to look at the merch another customer walks in, and he stops whatever he's doing, greets her and is super attentive and friendly to her (she may have been pretty attractive, but that's no the point lol) and then when I get back in line after her, he repeats the ignoring lol finally the owner walks out and we chatted, I believe he said he was Russian, I complimented him on the really cool store, and he was friendly. But it felt like the TEMU Bieber employee was rude and unwelcoming. yelp reviews don't lie, so many negative reviews on service and he is causing your business negative reviews, tell him to fix his attitude, the coffee was solid but not good enough to overlook getting treated rudely. But I digress, Thank you for the coffee Concierge hopefully next time my experience will be better.
The vibe was rlly cool. The matcha tonic was good, the cold brew had a good flavor, the hojicha was a little too milky tasting, and the banana matcha was pretty good. Not bad. I totally recommend
Finally tried Concierge Coffee and it's very cute, with seating inside and more tables in the patio out back, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. Service was okay, the barista was a little standoffish. Tried the flat white and a matcha latte--the flat white was really good, with the perfect balance, while the matcha was just okay (not super strong) Prices are a bit steep for how much you get, and there's limited street parking, so be prepared for that.
Brought a group in and someone else confirmed that, yes, the coffee really is as smooth as I think it is. Their ICED MOCHA is delicious. Their CAPUCCINO is also strong, smooth, creamy and delicious.
Horrible service. We walked in and this is how it unfolded. No hi, no hello. Just "are you ready?" I placed my order. "What else?" My daughter was shocked. She placed her order. "Is that all?" I said yes. Walked away to start making our mocha and matcha while leaving the tablet for us to pay. I definitely didn't leave a tip. Got our drinks. "Here's your drinks" while walking away for another order. Go to hospitality school please or work at Trader Joe's to learn how to be a human. We live at the Aliso down the street and won't be coming back. Drinks were average.
Orange and tonic really good, nice little mix of citrus and bitter. The matcha was pretty good and they got nice seating, more calm tho. Not many people talking and hard to do work. The seating is a bit low and they only had a few seats outside, great for pick up but working is a little tough. The winspar chocolate one was okay not super sweet, would rather get the orange tonic again
Three stars because the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was parking. We spent almost thirty minutes driving around looking for a spot and still had a hard time finding one. On top of that, the coffee was not very good and did not feel worth the effort. The place itself was fine, but between the parking situation and the drinks, I would probably choose a different cafe next time.
Really great first experience at Concierge. Love the look and feel of the place, ample room to chill, both inside and outside patio. Really friendly service and baristas. The two drinks that I tried were spot on. Their signature saffron latte was delicious, not something I could drink daily but a very luxurious drink. And made an Americano from the espresso shot and that was really solid, no complaints on the drink end. Their signature saffron parking in the area isn't great but if you manage to find street parking this is the best coffee in that area of the Arts District of DTLA... I actually came back for a second visit before I finished my review, would still keep a four star review but I need to go back one more time to try their banana foam, sounds delicious :)
Food - 4/5 Solid coffee and matcha. I think I actually prefer this over Maru. Service - 4/5 Friendly staff. Not much else to say about that. Ambience - 4/5 No parking lot and street parking is limited. The actual space is a vibe and very instagramable. Come for the coffee stick around for the vibe

I've been to this cafe a few times. Last time I got saffron latte, and this time I tried einspanner. I liked einspanner better. I think saffron latte is better hot. I tried both. It tastes better when the flavor is stronger and the ice waters it down a little. The vibe is nice and the location is convenient. Definitely a hidden gem. read more
Well, as I'm finally almost done writing reviews from mega-trip from 6 months ago, I can finally start catching up on much more recent reviews as well, such as this accidental find from a couple weeks ago when I was in DTLA. I wasn't looking for coffee specifically, just on my way to Arts District Brewing across the street (which, funny enough, I was also only going to because I got to an event around the corner at Death & Co early, to account for potential delays on the blue line that didn't happen.) I'm always curious to see what little coffee shops are selling, plus it was summer in DTLA, meaning hot as a mofo, so I was extremely interested in having a properly iced drink. I was initially especially excited to see that they sold affogatos - they're very good, and I hardly ever see them for sale, probably because it's the only reason a coffee shop would need a freezer? For $8 before tip though, I was hoping they'd use a quality brand of ice cream, ideally something local-ish, but at least a *good* brand. I asked which ice cream they used, I forget which one it was, but it was one of the mass-market grocery store brands. It is also very cool that they do a yuzu espresso tonic - Rose Park near me does one as well, and it is *very* good. Rose Park had previously been the only place I knew of that made that particular drink, and it is a very good idea. I decided to save a couple bucks, though, and just get a basic cold brew, for $6.25, which is pretty in line with craft cold brews I've gotten elsewhere. I can confirm, it's a solid cold brew. p.s. Doesn't impact my rating of this coffee shop at all, but I did learn, you absolutely can't bring drinks into Arts District Brewing even if they're nonalcoholic, so I had to chug the second half of the cold brew... was easy enough to do, given the heat, though. Had a meet-up here on a Saturday in December. It's been a while since I've been around DTLA, so Concierge Coffee was new to me. Plenty of free 3 hour street parking around this coffee shop. I usually like cold coffee and the iced saffron latte ($8) seemed pretty unique so I ordered that. I was pleased to find they use real glassware for their drinks (not sure if you have to request it as my mentee's coffee came in a disposable cup). I was bummed that for the price, the latte is rather small and wasn't strong on the coffee. Still, it was nice to try, but I might order another drink next time. A good amount of seating inside. Not a lot of tables and the tables here are more like coffee tables so not the best set-up if you plan to do work here for several hours. read more

cute interior and patio, mid drinks interior is a nice hangout spot with plenty of seating and outlets. patio is super cute and connected to other shops in the area. there's plenty of seating with tables. definitely a cute place for a lil photoshoot too. in terms of the coffee, it was not anything special. perhaps i needed to order their more unique drinks but got the cortado and it's literally milk and coffee with a ton of ice. only half the cup is filled for $5.25. flavor is nothing special - just your typical office coffee. might be down to try their other drinks if i'm in the area but was not super impressed overall read more

Met with my friend actor & producer Akemi Look since we are planning to work on several projects involving Vincent Chin. Service very prompt as well. This coffee shop is a breathe fresh air. The interior design is minimal with every detail well thought out. There quite a bit of room for reading, studying, or sitting. Unfortunately, the coffee was a huge disappointment. I tried to finish it, but I honestly just couldn't. The taste was terrible and one of the worst coffees I've had in a long time. The location and atmosphere were really nice, and I enjoyed the overall vibe. I was hoping for a much better experience given the nice setting, but sadly I won't be coming back. read more

stumbled upon this cute cafe in arts district! the aesthetics were so cute, but drinks were ok what we tried: hojicha latte with cream top matcha yuzu tonic i wish the hojicha flavor was stronger. i could barely taste it. but the cream top was good!! the matcha yuzu tonic tasted like just yuzu tonic maybe come for their coffee bc it seems like that's what they're known for ! read more

Such a cute spot in the Arts District. The barista did a great job of guiding our drink orders. I was thrilled with our pastry choices, too. The server recommended the banana bread, and I was not disappointed. It was light and moist with concentrated banana flavor from the whole banana slices they'd baked into the top as decoration. The lamination on my partner's pistachio croissant was amazing! I did find my drink - the einspänner, double espresso, cold brew, dark chocolate, salt, cream top - was a bit rich for me. But it was great with some water to thin it out as I consumed it. And that meant it lasted longer than it might have otherwise. My partner got the saffron latte, and it similarly benefited from a touch of thinning out. read more

If you love drinking iced coffee drinks all year round like me, this place is PERFECT! Most coffee shops will have iced latte, but lately I've been trying to drink less milk and so glad Concierge offers other iced espresso drinks other than lattes. I tried the iced cortado which really hits the spot! When you want caffeine but just a splash of milk. I was pleasantly surprised to see their offerings including the iced flat white and iced cappuccino- I will absolutely go back and try other drinks. My boyfriend had the matcha latte (hot) and enjoyed it as well. Place might be a bit hard to find if you're driving by too quickly; look out for a white building next to Groundwork's (gray building). Street parking only like most places in Arts District. Came here early on a weekend and was able to find parking fairly quickly. read more

I went to check out this new cafe in arts district and the vibes here were very nice! I loved the ambience and there's a nice courtyard and interesting mirror hallway for you to explore as well. Parking is street parking that can be tough in the area depending what time of day you're coming. In terms of the drinks, I got the Hojicha latte sweetened and with oat milk and my friend got the einspanner. The Hojicha was lovely and super balanced! It's definitely one of the better Hojicha lattes I've had. Meanwhile the einspanner was pretty unsweetened and super strong so definitely wasn't my favorite type of einspanner. Overall I would definitely come back here for the vibes and the Hojicha! read more

Came here on a Tuesday with the little one and there were four others here. I didn't see outlets but I didn't look too hard but someone was working there. Seating isn't going to be the most comfy as it is very modern but I love the look. The espresso was on the more sour/tart side so if that's what you are into, this is your place. The raspberry croissant was nice and crispy, there is an option to get it toasted but I declined. It definitely is a dessert croissant. read more

Chill and quiet when I went, perhaps because it was an hour before closing. But I enjoyed the sunlight coming from the window and it felt like the perfect reading spot. The drink was good I had the iced matcha oat milk latte. I would say it is on my top 5 matcha for now! I will be back to try the matcha tonic as well as their other signature drinks! Lastly, I loved that they had a shop near the back of the cafe and also led to a small plaza with few other shops. read more

My friend and I stopped by here while walking around the Arts District and were captivated by the minimalistic exterior of this coffee shop. I ordered the Einspanner and was pretty underwhelmed with the drink. The coffee was bitter and the cream top was bland. The cup is also pretty pricey for the size. There are some spots to sit inside and I believe there is a courtyard in the back of the coffee shop but we didn't make it back there. TDLR; nice vibes, below average drinks read more

While in DTLA I searched for coffee spots on Yelp and this came up. Located in the arts district this coffee shop offers variety of drinks and some pastries. The interiors are very modern, the seating is very uncomfortable. You can't stay here too long. The iced specialty drink I got was very delicious, don't remember the name. The service was friendly and quick. We saw a lot of locals hanging around and talking, probably from nearby apartments. read more
