Concierge Coffee is a modern coffee shop in the Arts District that focuses on specialty coffee, matcha, pastries, and a carefully designed café atmosphere. We walked into a clean, minimal space with a more relaxed feel than a typical grab-and-go coffee shop, and the boutique element inside adds a layer of discovery that makes it feel like a place to slow down and spend time rather than just pick up a drink. The layout is open and inviting, with seating that accommodates both quick stops and longer visits, and the back patio adds a more open, comfortable feel that shifts the energy of the space. The drinks are the main highlight, especially for anyone who enjoys specialty coffee or matcha. We tried a few options and found the matcha offerings had a lighter, smoother profile that works well for people who prefer a more balanced drink instead of something overly sweet. The cold brew with foam was another standout, adding a creamy texture that changed the usual cold brew experience, and the foam itself was light and well integrated, not just a layer sitting on top. The yuzu matcha tonic and saffron latte gave the menu a more creative direction, with each drink offering a distinct flavor profile that felt intentional rather than just experimental. The drinks are well crafted and the preparation is careful, with each order arriving with attention to temperature and texture. The pastry selection is also worth exploring. We grabbed a pistachio croissant and a slice of banana bread, both of which paired well with the drinks and felt more thoughtfully curated than a standard café pastry case. The croissant had a good flake and a generous pistachio filling, and the banana bread was moist with a balanced sweetness that did not overpower the coffee. The bakery side adds a nice pairing option for a longer visit, and the selection is small but well chosen. The atmosphere is one of the biggest reasons to visit. The interior is stylish and quiet, with seating that works well for reading, casual meetings, or getting some work done. The back patio is a nice addition and gives the café a more open and comfortable feel, though seating can be limited during busier times. The energy of the space stays calm throughout the day, and the team manages the flow without disrupting the relaxed pace. Concierge Coffee is a solid specialty café that stands out through its design, drink menu, and slower-paced experience. The combination of quality coffee, creative beverages, and a well-designed space makes it a worthwhile stop in the Arts District, especially if you are looking for more than just a quick caffeine run. The balance of craftsmanship, atmosphere, and attention to detail makes it a place that rewards lingering and exploration.

I was craving a cortado as Ive never tried one. I was exploring LA and I saw this really cool spot on Yelp so I decided to try it out. But the reviews kind scared me because a 3.8 score isn't good to me. the reviews were mostly for the service, which is something I usually try not to include in my score unless it was exceptionally bad, so I decide to give it a try despite the poor reviews. Yea, that guy (TEMU Bieber) in the front purposely ignored me for almost a full 3mins, I waited right there in the front, the machine faces the customers so there's no way he didn't see me as it is also right next to the counter to order. I wait right there and he doesn't look up, doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge my existence for some time. Cool I said he's busy, let me go look at the cool merch they have, as the interior is very very nice but still under construction I believe. As I walk away to look at the merch another customer walks in, and he stops whatever he's doing, greets her and is super attentive and friendly to her (she may have been pretty attractive, but that's no the point lol) and then when I get back in line after her, he repeats the ignoring lol finally the owner walks out and we chatted, I believe he said he was Russian, I complimented him on the really cool store, and he was friendly. But it felt like the TEMU Bieber employee was rude and unwelcoming. yelp reviews don't lie, so many negative reviews on service and he is causing your business negative reviews, tell him to fix his attitude, the coffee was solid but not good enough to overlook getting treated rudely. But I digress, Thank you for the coffee Concierge hopefully next time my experience will be better.

First time & will be back. Super cute & I heard their latte options are good. Wanted to try the yuzu tonic matcha bc it was a hot day & it was good! Very tonic & lemon flavor - didn't get that matcha kick but it was very refreshing (not sweetened). The inside was very cool, no tables just benches. But there was a back patio that had tables & free wifi from cafe. Parking was a con.. it was a bit tough to find parking since a lot of metered for 2 hrs. I found one that was 4 hrs but it honestly I think I'd pay the $5 flat rate parking spot they have bc my total for meter was almost $5 Service was sweet & good. Will be back

As this cafe is located in dtla, parking is generally harder. They have a few street parking spots in front of the cafe ( I went on a Friday morning and was able to get the last spot! ) You may have to park a little further to get parking since downtown spots are a bit difficult. The outside of the cafe is nice and the inside has a great atmosphere! There is seating inside and outside (you take the back door out). They also have a restroom which is located in the back of the outside seating area. I ordered a berry pastry and the iced cortado. The berry pastry was good and I really enjoyed the blueberries on top as it added a sweet taste! The sides of the pastry though were a bit too dry and crispy for me, but if you enjoy crispy pastries then I definitely recommend it! I ordered the iced cortado, it isn't a signature drink, but it was recommended by other individuals. I had a strong taste, but was a bit too bitter for me; however, if you like your coffee a bit bitter, then this would be perfect! Definitely worth it to try out if you are in the area.

The vibe was rlly cool. The matcha tonic was good, the cold brew had a good flavor, the hojicha was a little too milky tasting, and the banana matcha was pretty good. Not bad. I totally recommend

Three stars because the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was parking. We spent almost thirty minutes driving around looking for a spot and still had a hard time finding one. On top of that, the coffee was not very good and did not feel worth the effort. The place itself was fine, but between the parking situation and the drinks, I would probably choose a different cafe next time.

Orange and tonic really good, nice little mix of citrus and bitter. The matcha was pretty good and they got nice seating, more calm tho. Not many people talking and hard to do work. The seating is a bit low and they only had a few seats outside, great for pick up but working is a little tough. The winspar chocolate one was okay not super sweet, would rather get the orange tonic again

Finally tried Concierge Coffee and it's very cute, with seating inside and more tables in the patio out back, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. Service was okay, the barista was a little standoffish. Tried the flat white and a matcha latte--the flat white was really good, with the perfect balance, while the matcha was just okay (not super strong) Prices are a bit steep for how much you get, and there's limited street parking, so be prepared for that.

Brought a group in and someone else confirmed that, yes, the coffee really is as smooth as I think it is. Their ICED MOCHA is delicious. Their CAPUCCINO is also strong, smooth, creamy and delicious.

Unfortunately, the coffee was a huge disappointment. I tried to finish it, but I honestly just couldn't. The taste was terrible and one of the worst coffees I've had in a long time. The location and atmosphere were really nice, and I enjoyed the overall vibe. I was hoping for a much better experience given the nice setting, but sadly I won't be coming back.

Horrible service. We walked in and this is how it unfolded. No hi, no hello. Just "are you ready?" I placed my order. "What else?" My daughter was shocked. She placed her order. "Is that all?" I said yes. Walked away to start making our mocha and matcha while leaving the tablet for us to pay. I definitely didn't leave a tip. Got our drinks. "Here's your drinks" while walking away for another order. Go to hospitality school please or work at Trader Joe's to learn how to be a human. We live at the Aliso down the street and won't be coming back. Drinks were average.

Really great first experience at Concierge. Love the look and feel of the place, ample room to chill, both inside and outside patio. Really friendly service and baristas. The two drinks that I tried were spot on. Their signature saffron latte was delicious, not something I could drink daily but a very luxurious drink. And made an Americano from the espresso shot and that was really solid, no complaints on the drink end. Their signature saffron parking in the area isn't great but if you manage to find street parking this is the best coffee in that area of the Arts District of DTLA... I actually came back for a second visit before I finished my review, would still keep a four star review but I need to go back one more time to try their banana foam, sounds delicious :)

Seating is limited, though they do offer a few outdoor tables and a bench inside while you wait for your drinks. The service was great. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. As for the coffee, it unfortunately wasn't my favorite. I tried the Cloud Latte and found it a bit too thick, lacking the smoothness and flavor I was hoping for. I also tried the Cinnamon Cloud, which was smoother but still tasted fairly bitter to me. Coffee preferences are subjective, of course, but the flavor profile just didn't quite hit the mark for me. That said, I enjoyed everything else about the experience and would be willing to come back and try a few different drinks from the menu. The service and ambiance were definitely highlights of the visit.

A few different YouTubers raved about ROK Coffee & Tea, so I decided to try them out... and it definitely lived up to the recommendations! The MATCHA DUO was EXCEPTIONAL and delicious! It had the perfect amount of sweetness, the perfect creaminess, and the matcha wasn't bitter at all. You can tell they use really good, high-quality matcha because not only could I taste the quality, I could feel it in my energy level too. My sister got the MANGO MATCHA DUO with oat milk and absolutely loved it. My sister's coworker tried the SPARKLING YUZU MATCHA and said it was delicious! She loved that the yuzu flavor wasn't overpowering and said the matcha tasted very high quality. We also got the STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE MATCHA DUO because it was recommended as one of their top picks. We gave it to another one of her coworkers, and she finished it so quick! She said it tasted like a dessert and raved about how delicious and amazing it was! There's seating area in front of the café and as well as inside. The inside is really cute and had a nice atmosphere. The best time to go is early in the morning when open. Customer service was exceptional! Everyone was very kind while at the same time quick and attentive to the line. If there tends to be a line, it moves pretty quickly, and our drinks were ready fast after we ordered. If you get lucky, you can find street parking, but be careful parking on Olympic Blvd. during certain times. Not to worry though because they do have a parking structure, which makes things much easier. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROK Coffee & Tea! Everything we tried gets a 10/10 from us! The quality of the matcha, the flavors, the customer service, and the overall experience were all excellent. We will most definitely be back!!!

The seasonal peach jasmine tea was the surprise standout ..floral jasmine up front, real peach sweetness (not syrup-bomb fake fruit) on the back end. Balanced in a way that seasonal drinks rarely pull off; most places either overdo the fruit or underdo the tea. This one's dialed in. Iced Spanish latte rounded things out and didn't miss either; espresso with enough backbone to cut through the condensed milk instead of getting buried by it. A lot of places let the sweetness take over; ROK kept the coffee actually tasting like coffee. 4 drinks, zero misses. That's not luck; that's a program that's actually dialed in behind the counter. So we decided to come here for coffee or tea and ended up having a really nice time. I used to come here quite often about four years ago. Back then, I really liked their Einspänner and ordered it several times. But the last time I came, I thought it was way too sweet, so I hadn't been back since. It had actually been a REALLY long time since I last visited. And when I used to come here four years ago, I always came in the morning or around lunchtime. Last night was my first time ever coming here at night. My friend told us that they are open until midnight, so that's why we decided to come here after dinner. I had heard that parking here can be a nightmare because there aren't enough parking spaces and people have a hard time finding a spot. But once again, my parking luck was AMAZING! A car pulled out right in front of me just as I arrived, so I was able to park very easily. Another friend arrived later than I did, and she said she couldn't find a parking spot at all. She drove around for quite a while looking for one before finally finding street parking. Last night, we also had some tiramisu, and since I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine, I decided to have a caffeine-free ade instead of coffee or tea. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it was ok. We sat outside on the outdoor patio and talked and talked and talked. We had such a fun time together! However, it was actually pretty cold outside last night. I remember thinking that it felt surprisingly chilly. But what was even crazier was how FREEZING cold it was inside the café! They had the air conditioning turned up so high that both my friends and I felt like we were going to freeze to death. The restroom is inside, and I also went inside to get some water, so I mentioned to one of the male employees that it was freezing inside. He told me that they didn't feel cold at all because they were working, and that THEY were actually feeling really hot. I went back to our table and told my friends what he had said, and they were like, "WHAT?! We're freezing to death over here!" The parking lot here is actually pretty large, so I was wondering why it was so difficult to find a parking spot. Apparently, at night, the left side is the café, while on the right side there is a bar where people can drink and also play games. There was a huge line of people waiting outside the bar last night, so I'm guessing that's probably why the parking lot gets so crowded and it's hard to find a spot. It was also pretty chilly outside last night because of the low temperature, so one thing I wished they had on the outdoor patio was heaters. That would have made sitting outside much more comfortable on a cold night.

The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I have no idea how they make their cream top but it's unlike any other I've tried. The matcha itself was also very smooth and great quality. Both drinks came out to just $13.50 total, which is amazing. Would come again!

I get the Japandi minimalist design aesthetic but a lot of people would love to just sit down and drink their spendy beverage and there's just not enough seats for all the customers. I would suggest adding more benches along the North wall which is an entirely usable space as well as adding another counter along the window with barstools. For this, I have to give the ambiance 2 stars. I'd still come back for the exceptional matcha latte though!

It's a very cute and cozy coffee shop and there was no line when we arrived. The menu had a huge selection of different coffee and tea drinks and also a seasonal menu. The staff were very kind and patient and swiftly prepared the Vienna Latte and Hojicha Latte we ordered. The Vienna Latte is so visually stunning, the layers of white milk, brown espresso, thick white cream, brown cocoa powder and Biscoff layered on top of each other against the dark green logo was so aesthetic. Having a sip before mixing the Vienna latter was incredible, the sweet cream followed with the nutty strong espresso flavour then getting a refreshing splash of milk made a great combo with the Biscoff. I actually liked the drink less after its all mixed because it was too creamy for my taste. (I normally like my coffee black) My hojicha latte was great, but it was also too milky for me. So I went up and asked if it would taste good dirty, with an espresso shot in it, and the barista said yes. I ordered an espresso shot and instead of charging me full price, they only charged me the add on espresso shot for the drink! ($1.50 instead of $4) It was very kind of them since it was absolutely my mistake for not ordering the right drink in the first place. The shot added much depth and flavour to the hojicha latte I was craving. Thanks for the wonderful service. I'm definitely coming back to try their other specialty drinks.

They do not serve cold brew but the Einspanner Black does the charm for me. Their matcha is also good as it is not too sweet nor too bitter. The fan favorite is the Wagyu slider. I personally like the egg salad one more since I am not a meat on meat person but the bacon wagyu slider is better. I would say this place is the better version of Community Goods and does not have as long of a wait. Note - kitchen food is not served until 9:30AM so if you're an early riser or trying to get in and out, you will be out of luck. Parking - the main parking Is the underground structure which could be found on North Broadway. Parking can be quite pricey if you're there longer than an hour.

I got the Einspänner, which was on the sweeter side but still very satisfying. But honestly not by far the best.... The space is super modern and chic, with designer furniture and lighting throughout. Apparently, the pieces are available for purchase upon request, which gives the café more of a curated design-showroom feel. There's casual seating inside that works well for working, plus a nicer dining setup on the outdoor balcony. This place is definitely hidden! Parking is inside the apartment building, followed by two elevator rides up. Luckily, the signage makes it pretty easy to navigate. You get 30 minutes of free validated parking, but there can be a line and drinks come out a little slowly, so the validation time may not always be enough. Overall, a really cool spot if you're looking for good matcha in a unique setting.
