They may be a bit high on some things... But hey... You get what you pay for... I have no problem paying for quality work... And these people KNOW what they are doing. I had some pretty extensive work done... Issues with my power top... full blow diagnostics... tune up... spark plugs, oil jackets, filters, brake fluid flush, fixing all computer code issues... My car ran better when they were done... than when I bought it (used) 3 years ago. (It did not run bad then... ) They just made it run perfect. Drives like a new car! And they stand by their work in writing! They get busy... So don't expect "same day service". Thanks again Louden's !!!

Especially other women and mothers where our cars are veritable Ubers for our kids. But--everyone knows who has been here how great they are, so can't hide what everyone knows. Honest mechanics, honest shop with superior service , integrity and care and best prices. They back their work up and hire the most experienced mechanics and staff. Ask for Alex Kaftajian, and he will make sure you are taken care of and the work is done with the utmost skill, This June, I had a nightmare brakes issue on that I had taken my car to my family mechanic in Plano. The mechanic there quoted me $500.00 over labor and parts market rate! Pardon me but @$!@#$? And then another, it was similar. Moreover, I had already had work done the mechanics would not honor. I was very much in a bind. What was I going to do? Pay 899.00-- 900.00 for work that had no guarantee? Nope! I thought i would never resolve the issue . I will pay for labor that is worth it, but I draw the line at allowing exploitation. Pissed-off at getting taken advangtage of in a time of great need by condescending and smug mechanics acting more like vultures than humans, I asked my church and former UT Austin classmates around Dallas who was the most experienced and honest mechanic. Several named Alex at Meineke. Many had gone to him in Carrollton and had their cars towed to Richardson when he switched, So I did what others suggested, and paid Triple A to tow the car to Richardson to Meineke, asked for Alex and prayed. Sure enough! Superior service, friendly, helpful. Perfect results and excellent people with integrity. I want reliable, honest and skilled, and that is what they are. God bless these folks for their honesty and hard work. Only going tp Meineke at this location from here on out!

When the installed engine started having problems he said he would get us the warranty info and never did after several requests. This took only a few months of driving and fixing, driving, fixing, etc. When our new mechanic was able to reach Luke, Luke said the warranty was two weeks expired. Luke installed an engine in December that needs to be fully replaced again only a few months later.

From the first phone call, I knew I chose a great place…read more Diana is so kind on the phone (and in person) she makes sure to communicate clearly in English o en español. I've acquired car knowledge only through owning the ones I've had and it's all been bare minimum. All that to say, I have not felt like she was talking over me. I have not felt like this company is trying to take advantage of me, AT ALL. Unfortunately mechanics have a bad reputation but this company has proven to me that they are honest people. I've had to get an oil change and all of my coils replaced. They tried to see if my car would allow just the second coil being replaced but after starting my car a couple times, my car wanted 1,3 & 4 replaced as well. Anyway, I had to leave my car overnight which it's in an area that didn't give me any anxiety so there was no fear of my car getting vandalized. My car is running good-as-new so I'm def pleased that the problem has been resolved. You are able to buy the parts for your car and they will use those, since that can cut on cost. Those parts will not be under their warranty. I had to get my car fixed asap so I didn't go that route but it's def good info to know if you don't need to get it fixed immediately. My only complaint? That I am unable to interact with the mechanics in the garage. I love chatting with people and making new friends but then again..... this is already the hottest and most humid summer I've experienced in DFW (yall, I work outside as a laborer so I get to stand on this soapbox) The opposite of a complaint now: they offer free candy, cokes & water and also free play on arcade games while you wait. Aaaaand if you're curious, yes, there is a bidet in the bathroom. No, I didn't use it myself. 10/10 will use this auto shop again and again
