Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. The last time I brought in a computer that my monitor didn't work with and when he finally claimed it was done he also claimed he had done something to the USB ports and charged me for both. When I got home it turned out he didn't do anything about the monitor problem, and I don't believe he did anything to the USB ports, there was nothing wrong with them to begin with and I didn't authorize him to mess with them. It was a lie he made up to jack up the amount of his bill. In fact he didn't do anything at all with my computer but took my money. On an unrelated note, I updated to Sequoia and the Find tool no longer finds anything. Zip, zilch, nada. This is CRAZY. Also I get a Bookmarks Syncing error message every 10 minutes with a long page of code that means nothing to me. Every day now since Sequoia -- 20 times a day -- It's awful. Wish Apple would admit Sequoia is a dog.
