(The one I had was purchased with credit and I was already paying monthly for it)! I took it into Mad Macs with no hope that anything could be done. Since it was still under warranty, the man who helped me said that he could replace the motherboard and other fried parts for me, and that act of kindness saved my life. I still think about it every now and again, which is why I'm leaving this review. Because of his kindness, I was able to do all my schoolwork in the coming years, and I did not have to go into more debt by replacing it. Mad Macs repair man from 25 years ago... you're a real one.

Either way, I am satisfied and my down time is kept to a minimum. I think that when people write reviews on yelp they should try and look at the big picture. If you go to most computer shops, their only goal is to sell you more stuff. These guys will actually fix your stuff and they don't judge you and say things like "why are you still using that?
