It was $.26 but they told me they could not process my order without me providing a telephone number! Really? I didn't find any reason to provide them with my telephone number! What if I didn't have a phone Number? So they had to call the manager to approve the transaction... However that took so long they finally let me just pay cash... which was actually what I wanted to do all along!

I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted. They even said that if the problem was more than just a screen replacement, they would fix it with no extra charge. I highly recommend them.
