Not sure how that should be at my cost. I am on site whenever inspections happen and listen carefully. Technicians are caught cursing while working (within earshot of tenants apartments) and are very unprofessional. The owner does not seem to be concerned with his clients, but only his employees. His loss, I have removed all accounts with them and have much smoother running elevators now with Simmons Elev. and no headaches. This is with a less often preventative maintenance schedule too! Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. This is the one time I would like to be able to give a company no stars!…read more Today my daughter, along with 4 other disabled adults and 3 staff people were stuck in an elevator at the Arts Center in Troy. Now I get the things happen. However, when a staff person hit the call button it rang through to the elevator company and even after the company was told that there were some severely disabled people on the elevator the staff member was told that it would be a couple of hours before someone would be there to get them out The elevator company did not call the fire department, who rescue people from elevator entrapments on a fairly regular basis. The staff members finally got cell service, called a supervisor who called Troy Fire, who responded and got the kids out in about 15 minutes. I think I'm going to take the stairs if I see this company's name anywhere near the elevator I'm planning on taking.
