We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). I finally spoke to the owner, Jim, who said he would send us a "range". After saying that, we were completely ghosted by them. They did not return calls or emails and we never got an estimate. They cost us about three weeks in our purchase process.

I have been there 3 years (or is it 4?) and have never had a roof leak in any of my units. They are solid, the doors open and close properly, and the floors are always dry - no ground water seepage even in wet Springs. The floors are raised just enough so that rain water does not roll in, but it is still very easy to get a pallet jack or hand cart into the unit. This is an example of a company in a very low tech, unglamorous business providing a world class quality customer experience on a consistent basis; unsung, under-appreciated, but stunningly easy to deal with and very very high quality units.

Even though they closed at noon and were shut on Sunday, I ran into issues with the saw. Quinn went above and beyond, taking time to help troubleshoot and even offering to meet me on Sunday. He stepped away from his family, drove to the shop, and swapped out the saw so I could keep moving. Everything worked out in the end, and the level of service was truly outstanding. No matter the size of the rental, I was treated with the same care and attention as someone renting major equipment. That kind of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their business.
