He was able to get it to turn on and backup ALL of my data. Prices were very reasonable and he made sure I was satisfied with everything. My Macbook Pro wasn't turning on for some odd reason. The sleep indicator was still flashing so I knew it was still working. I took it to Bassem as a walk in service request. I would definitely recommend going to Bassem for any computer screen fixes. Prior to finding Computers Corner, I was searching all over the internet to find someone who would help with a screen replacement. The Apple store recommended me to go either to Concord or Walnut Creek for the computer screen fixes. However, since I live in Vallejo, that wasn't going to be an option for me. I was lucky to have found Computers Corner in the Gateway Plaza next to the Cha-Am Resturant. When I went in, Bassem was concerned about the pricing for my new 2017 MacBook computer screen. He did everything to find me a good deal on the screen because it's hard to find a cheap screen for Apple computer products. After a week, Bassem surprised me with $15 off of what he estimated the screen was going to be (we both were thinking that the screen would be a lot more than the estimated price). Overall, I would say that I am extremely happy with the work and effort he put into fixing the computer screen. I appreciate it very, very much! We needed to fix a problem with my Imac which originally would not start from gray apple/spinning wheel but eventually lost access to hard drive after Apple support guided me to erase everything via their online support. She called Bassem and he agreed to look at the computer the next morning. After looking the computer over it was determined that we would need a new hard drive. Went earlier this week to fix a broken iPhone 5s case for my niece, after searching on Yelp and getting reviews for places asides the mall for the repair, figured I'd give this place a shot since it's so close to home. Great parking, easy to find. The place is rather messy, but I've noticed all computer repair stores are always like that, so no big surprise. The owner Bassem literally took one look at the phone and told me the price ($120-Ish) for the repair, labor and a protector screen and it would take about 15-ish minutes to do. I couldn't complain for be price, although I know if I shopped around more I probably get it less somewhere else but he is a certified apple tech. There really isn't a wait area, unless u considered the entry way with three old leather dining chairs are it. There is a large screen tv on top of his display cases that had the price is right on, which stirred up conversation while he fixed the screen. The screen was fixed in due time and works like it never did break. -1 star since there wasn't much of a nice wait area. read more
