I had a horrible experience here. I would not recommend this business to anyone, unless you were looking for printing. Their stuff looks good. My Droid phone had a cracked screen (they called it the digitizer), and I took it in to be repaired. They had me put down a deposit of half the amount for them to order the part, since it's not one they keep in stock. I was fine with this. A few days later, I got the call saying that my digitizer had come in. I took my phone in, and was without my phone for a few days (after being told it would be a few hours). When I finally got the phone back, it looked messed up. The speaker cover (it's metal) was all bent up, there was glue seeping out of several places, and a part of the back cover kept coming off. I was just glad that it was fixed, though, and went on my way. After trying to have several phone conversations and discovering that I couldn't be heard on the phone, I took it back in to them. They kept it for a week, but couldn't figure out what went wrong. They finally explained that it worked with a headset. I went in and talked to them, and figured out MYSELF in less than five minutes (of talking, not looking at parts, I'm not one to know how to do that) that it was the microphone. I was assured that they would order the microphone that day, and that they would have the phone fixed and working within two days. I said OK and left. After thinking more about it, I decided that I didn't want it messed up more. I went to Verizon (my carrier) and asked if I could get it repaired through them. I was told that I'd have to buy a "preowned" phone for nearly $300. I went back to Computer Wiz to get the phone and a refund. They tried for a long while to tell me I could not have a refund. It was only after I said that I would contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed that they refunded my money. When I went in , I had to argue with the tech person, the manager, and another person who works there to get my refund. I will say that the guy working the counter felt sorry for me enough to give me a plug in headset so that I was able to use my phone. read more

I had a horrible experience here. It took 6 weeks to repair my playstation. I initially gave them a deposit and they said it would be done in one week. Fine. No prob. I received my playstation "fixed" but found it to be in the same state as when I dropped it off. I returned to the store and they said come back in another week. 4 weeks pass before I get fed up and hounding the manager on a daily basis. Finally after 6 weeks I have a working product. Come on guys. The Barclays Center was up and running faster than the service I received here. read more

Unorganized and thieves they took my money put the wrong glass on my iPhone. I came back over 6 times to see if they had the white case and nothing. Finally I went to get a case the person in store dropped the phone and glass broke mind you the glass wasn't set properly anyway after about a month of waiting on them to get the right glass they finally got it and said I would have to pay again I said why your going to trash that glass anyway he says no I could have used it again. I was appalled you are going to reuse a case that has been on my face on someone else gross. Anyway they lost this customer for good. read more

I brought my laptop to you for service 8/31/2011 and called the following day for status I was told that the laptop needed a new hard drive and a new operating system I gave permission on that day for the work to be done I was told that I would receive a call when the work was completed I called 9/9 to find out if the laptop was ready and was told that my laptop could not be located, the technician was not there, and would receive a call back when he arrives I did not receive a call I called 9/14 and was told again the my laptop could not be located and that I would receive a call back I did not receive a call I called again 9/15 and was put on hold, transferred to two people before I spoke with someone who said that my laptop was ready sine 9/2 This is the 3rd time that I have done business with ComputerWiz and will more than likely be the last time I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received in this instance The laptop that was held unnecessarily for two weeks read more

My husband took his iPhone 5 in for repair. It had a broken glass. Two days later, he updated his phone with the new OS and the phone went stopped working. It now has lots of vertical lines and its stuck on the Itunes screen. Something went wrong after the glass was replaced. Instead of acknowledging that something went wrong and fix it, "Computer WizPrint Corp" tried to buy the phone for $50. read more

Do NOT use this store!!!! The tech promised they would fix my iPhone and they held on to it for days. After 3 days, they told me they could do it, but would not guarantee the work and that there was only a 50% chance that their repair would work. They also said that the last time they tried to fix such a phone, they broke it completely and made the owner buy a new logic board. Had they said they can't fix phones, that would be one thing. But to promise to fix it, hold on to the phone for days, and then say they would probably break it if they tried to fix it is way too much. These guys should not be trusted. Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else to get the work done on your electronic items. read more

I dropped my iPhone 6s and was told by Verizon and apple I would have to get a new one for $$$. I took it to Computer WizPrint and they said no problem. They replaced the screen and battery for a great price and my phone was like new! These guys are great. No problem they can't solve! read more

0 rating! LOUSY PROFESSIONAL ETHICS! I was hired to work in the printing department. I pretty much stayed an hour short of my 7hours shift on the day of my interview. I took the Saturday off to tend personal matters. After my first week of 'tryout'..(Tuesday-Friday) I was given $300 cash, for which I was thankful. The owner said he would "discuss" with me more about my duties and pay the following day. (That never happened) After the second week, I heard NOTHING whatsoever regarding salary. When I inquired about my salary for the second week, the owner procrastinated again saying he needed to "discuss" with me the following day. It's the end of the month and I am struggling to pay my bills. I live alone, I have an ailing mother....and this excuse of a human being (the owner), tells me he needed to "discuss"...Monday through Saturday 7 hours, no lunch taken (I am to fault for that)...and he tells me he needed to "discuss"...to the owner I say to you: I DON'T CARE WHICH PART OF THE WORLD YOU ARE FROM, THIS IS THE US AND PEOPLE DON'T WORK FOR FREE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!...I was not hired as an unpaid intern, so this to me was the most horrible and quite UNETHICAL experience I have EVER had since EVER being employed. Welcome to the 21st century where SLAVERY still exists! I am a qualified Graphic Designer and has spent 4 years at The School Of Visual Arts obtaining a Bachelors In Fine Arts plus Ten years of experience, ALL of which seemingly means NOTHING anymore, instead falling prey to INCONSIDERATE people like this! So I went there for a 6600 mac g5 graphics card for my com, and the mac guy give me a different card and said it will work, and I took it ,why?because he's the mac guy. I took it home, went to install it, and saw the thing was to darn big to fit. Now I'm frustrated because I stood there before buying the card and specifically ask..ARE YOU SURE IT WILL FIT?..HE replied"SIR I KNOW MY WAY AROUND MACS,AND I"M TELLING YOU THIS WILL FIT". So I went back to the store and tried to explain to The owner(the mac guy was not there) that I bought the card from the mac guy who said it would fit, but it didn't. The owner said "didn't fit!.. are you sure?.. you probably did something wrong, because trust me,if he said it would fit, then trust it will fit".So he got the mac guy on the phone, and after about 10 mins of embarrassment, he found out that my g5 was a Quad, and carried a different graphics card,(THE 6600 CARD DUMMIES!!!) I god back my money(Which was very hard to do) and exited. But I must say the guy at the desk was really respectful,and very understanding. Give him the store to run already.
