This is my first time ever saying something about a service, repair computer facility. I used to be a business owner, and I know the frustrations and rewards of dealing with the public. I felt like I needed to recommend P S Systems as one the most courteous, considerate, and fair minded businesses I've ever encountered. I feel like I'm talking to an uncle of the family when I'm there, who's not thinking only about himself and the business, they are genuinely concerned about doing the right for their customers. I salute this company. P S Systems which is a diamond in the rough of today's business environment. Thank you so much. read more

Came in for a barrier on my 17 inch TOUCH screen laptop to be fixed. Was told other things could be wrong after he opens the computer up, but if everything is good it will cost $100 dollars for labor and $100 for parts. Was told me was going to call me before doing anything to ask how I wanted to proceed. I received a call saying everything looked fine and it was only going to be $200. I was then called to pick up the laptop a week later or so and was asked "was the touch screen working at the time you brought it in I said yes!. He said well, it's not working now. I argued that they should have told me something else wasn't working (which they broke during repair because it worked when I brought it in) so I can decide wether or not it's worth proceeding. I was told the day of picking up my laptop that they broke the touch screen function. I told the guy I was not happy that it wasn't working properly and felt like they were responsible because it broke in their care and they did not tell me about it any other time except for the last minute. Didn't take off money for breaking my touch screen still had to pay $200. Calling better business bureau. I was told other things may be broken, (then told everythjng was fine) but was never told I could risk losing my touch screen if I go along with this repair. They should have given me the plastic piece for free after they broke my touch screen and didn't tell me about it. Con artists. How do you call a customer and say everything is great and then a week later tell them this or that isn't working? Unreal. read more

I called the shop to inquiry about replacing a Lenovo Idea Pad charging socket. I have purchased…read morethe part. The man wouldn't give me a price over the phone, not a labor rate. He asked me to bring the laptop to the store. So, I did. He took one look of my laptop after I demonstrated the charging socket is not stable to charge. (it charges well at a certain angle, but not other angles). The man asked for $145 for the labor. It is true that he has to open the laptop, but a technician wouldn't take more than 30 minutes to replace the socket event it has to be soldered on. Of course, I didn't have him repair it. It would have saved time and frustration if he had told me over the phone of $145. The bestbuy charges a flat fee of $89.
