While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). The pure convenience of being able to call Chris and have him come right to your house (masked up and with plastic covers on his shoes to protect your floors) to tend to your ailing computer aside, he's incredibly nice, friendly and professional, and great at warning you about best and worst case scenarios for the issues you're having with your computer and talking you through your options for dealing with them ahead of time so you don't get any nasty surprises.
