But he totally consulted me over the phone. Didn't think it was worth repairing and gave me tips on how to try and fix it a cheaper way even offering me a tool to clean it for free. The work and price was right so I had another phone revived with a new battery. Verizon activated a replacement phone but couldn't transfer the data unless the old defective phone was repaired first and then they would do the data transfer for an additional fee. Alex at Verizon recommended Mike at Inspect Ur Gadgets for the repair. Thanks to both of them.
