David Beede is the most knowledgeable and competent computer expert I've ever dealt with. He provides service by mail order and over the internet now, having closed his retail location a few years ago. He is always available to trouble-shoot your system online, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The negative review puzzles me, as I've never had any bad service from him. It must be one of those cranky customers who can't be satisfied. I spent several unhappy years in retail dealing with people like that.

Cartsen revealed to me that my motherboard needed to replaced, due to water damage. This didn't come as a surprise. I spilled water on my 2015 MacBook Air in 2016, in which it finally blew out on me in August 2018... Cartsen gave me the option of ordering the part myself, so I did to save some coins (from Ebay). The part arrived, I dropped it off and he had my computer up in running like new! I believe it was just an overnighter. Once it was time for pick up, I met his lovely pup. Installing the programs was simple and took approximately five to ten minutes each. At first he told me to ignore the security alert. When I told him I was uncomfortable with that he attempted for over an hour to address the issue. He was unbale to fix the security issue but charged me full price. I then took the computer to a local shop that said I should not ignore the security issue. The computer was ready for pickup, at a reasonable price, the next day with the security issue fixed along with another issue fixed I suggest if you need computer repair you take it to the shop just west of Line Creek..

I had a recent crisis when I had a failure in the motherboard of the 3 month old computer that I…read morehad purchased for my business. When I was first unable to turn on my computer, I didn't know what the problem was, so I took it to the Geek Squad where I had a one year service contract that I purchased with the computer. As I had already come to expect from them those first few months , Geek Squad explained to me why there would be an additional cost not covered under my warranty for them to diagnose the problem. Since I didn't trust their capability to resolve the problem, I looked for another option. Extraordinarily positive reviews on Yelp led me to Sam at LTMicro. Amid all the anguish of the loss of my business computer, it was my good fortune to find my way to Sam. He was calm, patient, and inspired confidence in his ability to diagnose the problem. And, in fact, in short order, he did identify the problem with the motherboard. Once the issue was identified, I found that it was covered under my warranty with the manufacturer, and I sent the computer off to them for repair...but not before Sam insured that my data was preserved on a backup drive. The cost for his time was quite reasonable, but was invaluable to me. Subsequently, I learned that two other friends have used Sam's services and highly recommend him. I hope that I do not have occasion to see Sam anytime soon for computer issues....but I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone as someone you can place complete trust in to take good care of you and your computer! I now have my PC back, good as new.....happy ending, thanks to Sam.
