Amid all the anguish of the loss of my business computer, it was my good fortune to find my way to Sam. He was calm, patient, and inspired confidence in his ability to diagnose the problem. And, in fact, in short order, he did identify the problem with the motherboard. Once the issue was identified, I found that it was covered under my warranty with the manufacturer, and I sent the computer off to them for repair...but not before Sam insured that my data was preserved on a backup drive. The cost for diagnosis seemed reasonable, and it was a very small price to pay to have the laptop looked at to see if data recovery could be performed and the laptop repaired. He was very responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was very anxious but decided to give it a whirl. Over the next several weeks, the laptop underwent repair, troubleshooting, and testing to see if it was recoverable. Data recovery could only be performed by a third party vendor which was separate to the laptop repair. Then, the laptop power source failed and the battery conked out too. I starting losing hope that the laptop could be repaired. It survived graduate school at Kennesaw State and many years of productivity for both work, school, and personal usage. Dustin, Amelia, and even Tony stepped in the job and pulled off what appeared to be a miracle by methodically replacing parts of the latop and giving it new life with a 1TB hard drive and brand new power supply. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims.
