I come the next day and am told by the clerk that his manager may not have ordered the part and he hasn't spoken to him. I then asked if he could call the manager and he said no. I asked why not and he repliedhe cannot tell me why he cannot call his own manager. At this point I was confused on how any business refuses to let you speak to a manager and can't even get a reason. Then he told me I call back on the following Monday for an update. I declined and asked for a refund after having to threaten to call the police to get my phone back from their inventory. I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again.
