But none of them do so with such individual attention, competitive pricing, flexibility, patience, and above-and-beyond customer service. My school wanted to produce a small number of baseball caps with our logo to be given to our biggest donors. From a list we picked Imprint Express. Good choice. Throughout the long process from start to finish we had personal help from a single representative. If you have ever undertaken one of these projects you'll know how fantastic it is to have one person you're working with rather then a mini-call center where instructions are lost in a jumble of bureaucracy and a lack of accountability. They treated us with a small-scale project with incredible attention; like we were some huge contract. They even went so far as to liiterally send a person to our school to go over thread colors with us. I don't know of any other place that would do that. This is old school customer service like it should be.

I think Ebu W. needs to review the benefit package as it is clearly stated and re-iterated at every meeting on the subject that the deductible does not come out of the employees pocket. The team of people working at Boston Sign are really friendly and fun, too! Their pricing may seem a little high, but for the quality of work you get, they are actually really reasonably priced! They are very talented designers and they take great pride in their work! It's great to go to a meeting at their office because they will give you a tour of their shop and you get to see all kinds of examples of their work all over the walls. If there's a cool sign in Boston that you like, chances are Boston Sign did it! We once tried to use a Sign-O-Rama for some custom 'No Parking' signs at one of our properties to save a little money, but that company didn't use the Pantone colors we asked them to and the signs came out looking horrible- we never made that mistake again! Boston Sign did it all- huge outdoors banners, stainless steel entrance signs with LED lights, funky directories with salvaged metal, unique directional signs that really went with the brand identity of the properties, and they even produced all the signage for a history exhibit in one of our buildings (everything from super-graphics of historic photos and ads on the walls to the tiny placard in the exhibit cases). Boston Sign Co is so great! I can't say enough good things about them! If you're looking for high quality signs or banners, especially if you need any help with the design work- I urge you to just meet with the team at Boston Sign (at their nifty office!) & talk with the guys about what you want, listen to their ideas, see their work, and you'll know you should trust me and go with Boston Sign over the really cheap sign places!
