He will either see me or get back to me via MyChart messages right away. If he's out of the office, another provider will take care of me. I mean, what can you say about a doctor? He's caring, gentle, he listens, he works with me and my specialists on my myriad of medical problems. He tells it like it is, he won't sugar coat. So if you're looking for a doctor to coddle you, it's not Wu. Though, this isn't to say he's a mean, crochety type that'll yell at you if you didn't renew your prescription or lose that weight. But he will bring it up. The only bad thing is, he's so good that he's pretty full. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get in. And he's not always accepting new patients.
