Dr. Cirino's has patient visits at 2 locations, on Green Road in South Euclid and on Solon Road in Solon. At both locations I have gotten through my appointments in a reasonable time. Thankfully I am relatively healthy and Dr. Cirino has helped maintain my health and encourages me to keep going in the process. During the annual check ups Dr. Cirino takes time to talk to me and to actually discuss what I am doing and what I need to know. His staff is very good at doing any extra diagnostic testing such as EKGs. My prior primary care doctor was a bit difficult for me; he had different patient tiers with extra charges to provide additional services. This became an issue when I needed my regular long term prescription renewed, I either had to pay an additional fee or come in for an additional visit. Dr. Cirino's office has handled prescription renewals with little fuss and no additional cost. I have been very happy with Dr. Cirino as my primary care doctor. I appreciate the way he handles his practice and how he relates to me as a patient.

I needed a physical, so I called a number of doctors' offices covered by my insurance. Unlike the others who either weren't taking new patients or weren't taking them for months, Dr. Golovan was able to get me in within ten days of my call. His staff is friendly, and unlike virtually every other doctor I've visited over the past decade, Dr. Golovan didn't subject me to the eight-minute shuffle--that game where overscheduled doctors make you feel as if you're imposing on them if you take up any more than eight minutes of their time. Instead, Dr. Golovan asked questions about my health. Then, he listened. Then, after I was done telling him about my concerns, we discussed them. I don't think I've ever had a doctor who was so genuinely interested in his patients' health and so dedicated to making sure that patients' concerns were taken care of. Also, the staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and courteous. In sum, if you need a doctor in Cleveland, I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Golovan.

The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. If I were "number two," I'd prolly get faster service by writing a letter. All they say when I ask, is we're very busy." This first appointment was basically a "meet & greet" or "evaluate" appointment. I was sent here by my spinal surgeon. The hope is to alleviate my symptoms to avoid cervical spine surgery. I spoke with a Nurse first and then a PA or resident. Then, I met Dr Hayek. The whole appointment was weird. As I seem to have multiple issues within my cervical spine, no sure thing was concluded. We decided on a diagnostic nerve block approach for the worst and most troubling concern. I will undergo that procedure next week. At my next visit, I will update my review to include both visits.

He answered all my questions and diagnosed me with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which is a newer name for RSDS. He recommended me to see a physician (Dr. Salim Hayek) that deals with Pain Management, Neuropathic Pain, Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, CRPS/RSD, Pelvic Pain. At least I have a name for it and get the right treatment. I only wish that I went to him originally as I could have been treating this from the get go. I would have gladly gone out of my way to see. Lesson learned: Never go to any physician out of convenience. Dr. Anderson is well worth going that extra mile.
