Dr. Cirino's has patient visits at 2 locations, on Green Road in South Euclid and on Solon Road in Solon. At both locations I have gotten through my appointments in a reasonable time. Thankfully I am relatively healthy and Dr. Cirino has helped maintain my health and encourages me to keep going in the process. During the annual check ups Dr. Cirino takes time to talk to me and to actually discuss what I am doing and what I need to know. His staff is very good at doing any extra diagnostic testing such as EKGs. My prior primary care doctor was a bit difficult for me; he had different patient tiers with extra charges to provide additional services. This became an issue when I needed my regular long term prescription renewed, I either had to pay an additional fee or come in for an additional visit. Dr. Cirino's office has handled prescription renewals with little fuss and no additional cost. I have been very happy with Dr. Cirino as my primary care doctor. I appreciate the way he handles his practice and how he relates to me as a patient.

I have never gone to a practice that is this experienced, up-to-date, and as Capri g as the ones at AIA. I was happy when they opened a Westside location because I get a monthly shot and it makes it very convenient to just have to travel a short distance to get a shot that I am in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. There was also a doctor there, Dr. Phil, who is new to the practice and I've met with once and I would take her as a stand-in for Dr. Javari as well. She was up-to-date on my case and had read my file and understood exactly what I needed. Then add to that an experienced, kind understanding on top of everything office staff. at both. I walk into either office. They know me they've checked me in and if there is time they've already checked on the dates and tell me what's open so I can make my next appointment that way I don't have to stop on my way out. They are always thinking of the patient time and doing all they can to keep things moving smoothly. That's what you need from the doctors office trusting caring staff member and doctors who really take the time for you. I give the practice of allergy and immunology associates the highest grade you can possibly get - they would get A+

I called again and asked for Dr. Panuto to prescribe me a new medication. I was told I need to call my insurance and ask medication was covered under my insurance and also did not contain the ingredient I was allergic to. Now, have you ever heard of a doctor telling you to research your own medications? I spent hours on the phone with my insurance asking about medications without the ingredient and could not even be told the cost of most of them without prior authorization. This would have been made easier for me if the doctor could have just given me this information. I have now switched to a different allergist and called Dr. Panuto's office to have my test results sent. I told the woman on the phone to please call me when they faxed the records. I called the new doctors office 2 weeks later and asked to make sure they had the results and to my surprise, they had never received the fax. I called Dr. Panuto's office again and asked why they had not been sent and the woman told me I needed to have a records release form before they could send the forms. I'm confused why it was confirmed that the records were faxed but I was never told that I needed a release form? Do not go to this doctor!

First, their front desk staff are rude and overzealous. If you are ill, you can be expected to wait 2 months for the next available appointment or go to an urgent care, when your physician might have squeezed you in. The scheduling only seems to allow for well-patient visits. This may be because UH requires that each visit last only for 15 minutes, putting pressure on physicians to be caring, accurate, and able to diagnose and treat every single thing in 15 minutes. This is not the fault of the practitioners, but rather the system. And is reflected in UH's low abysmal ratings. But really, the front desk staff is reliably awful at this location.

The office told me they would send a copy to my cardiologist but this was not done. After a follow up phone call to ask please send again this was not done. There is no link to send a message online to the office so I need to leave a phone message. I am concerned because this office has a low rating.

This fine woman has been a life save for me. She is very easy to speak with, listens to what I say and understands what I'm saying. Dr. Smith and her staff are very professional and also treat you like family. I have been a patient at Associates in Neurology for a few years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. I got in for a new patient appt. next day. Dr. Holtzmeier was on time, very professional and great bedside manner. I didn't feel like he was rushing me out when I asked him tons of questions either. The only thing I would change would be to have better signage for his office. They are located on an entire floor above Hoolihan's Restaurant on Detroit Rd. (off the Columbia exit) but all that's there is a University Hospitals sign. Kind of confusing but so worth it once you know where you are going. I'm quite happy with my choice of Dr. Brant Holtzmeier.
