I am a thorough person who researches anyone that comes in contact with my money before I open my wallet or extend a dollar. Dr Leedy came with rave reviews. Actually, the best in a 100 mile radius. Now, I did not go to him or even consider him for anything major or that would make a big difference to my body so I cannot comment on those amazing talents that I have read about. I simply went for a minor scar revision and after speaking with several plastic surgeons in the Cleveland area, I found my match! He explained exactly what what was going to happen and the day of my little procedure, he explained again. Staff are professional both on the phone and once you walk in the door. Not pushy or attempting to rack up additional surgery. What I came for is exactly what he addressed and I appreciated that, sincerely! Peace of mind and piece of mind is what they delivered. I recommend him and his team for any cosmetic detail that you want enhanced. He does it all with Class And Sophistication!

I filled out the paper work and we talked about what look I was going for. I was then, iced and got my lip flip. I was on a time crunch, so being in and out within 30 minutes was FANTASTIC. If I didn't move out of the area I would have been back 100%. In also obsessed with my lip flip. It's exactly what the doctor explained would happen and how it would feel. Never going back to filler, only lip flips from now on!

She is really great at advocating for her patients and also was extremely helpful in getting my insurance to cover these gender affirming procedures. She is super LGBTQIA friendly. She is without a doubt the most educated doctor I've ever had the pleasure of working with as well. She has done 5 fellowships plus she's the director of plastic surgery research and the co director of cranial facial surgery. I honestly would give her 10 stars if I could because of how great my experience was. She is also not one of those doctors that sees you as just a number and she doesn't rush you and takes her time. She also keeps it very real when discussing outcome and possible risks. Last thing I want is a doctor that is just telling me what I want to hear and she is very honest about the risks.

He recommended his "weekend lift" despite the fact that I'd already had a mini facelift 7 years prior. I ended up looking just about identical to what I did prior to the operation. I was also told a necklift was included, yet there was NO difference in my neck at all (before and after pictures speak for themselves). Also, there's certain things a patient should be doing/avoiding 2 weeks prior to surgery. No one contacted me to give me any directions on stopping ibuprofen, etc. I had to call them and ask. I also found them to be friendly until the surgery is over. You then become a number. For 12,000 I was ripped off. Of course when I brought him my concerns I was told it would get better over time...it did not. I was then gaslit and told it looked fine. Really?. Saw another surgeon who said Dr. D should've known that I was a candidate for a deep plane, not his weekend lift. But then, it's all about the money, right?! PLEASE go elsewhere...I wish someone would've told warned me :/

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS BY STAFF AND FAMILY MEMBERS…read more I had a Xeomin injection here and it was the most horrible experience. It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.

I had a lower facelift and neck lift with Dr. Matt Goldschmidt on April 29, 2025, and almost a year…read morelater I am still dealing with the fallout. After surgery, I developed a seroma and have had severe pain, pressure, and ongoing issues that never should have been brushed off the way they were. I understand no surgery comes with guarantees, but there is a huge difference between a known complication and a doctor who does not meaningfully deal with it when it happens. What has been most disturbing to me is not just the outcome, it's how little accountability there has been. I spent nearly a year trying to handle this privately and reasonably. I asked for help. I asked for resolution. I asked for my records and contract. What did I get? Five photos and a letter basically telling me that he might consider a partial refund only if I removed my review and agreed not to say anything further. That told me everything I needed to know. At that point, it became very clear that Dr. Goldschmidt seemed far more concerned about his reputation and online reviews than about the actual patient sitting in front of him dealing with pain, complications, and a failed result. And yes, I am now looking at revision surgery elsewhere. That is not a small thing. This was not cheap. This was not minor. And this has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially for nearly a full year. Patients deserve to know when a doctor appears more focused on controlling reviews than taking real accountability when something goes wrong. If this is how complications are handled behind the scenes, I think that is deeply concerning, and I do have to wonder how many other patients have been treated this way after the fact. For context, I am including a photo of the written response I received after repeated attempts to resolve this matter. This review reflects my honest experience

Nice guy (and a surgeon?) Does not compute. But it's true!…read more Dr. Hendrickson is the section head of hand surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He's cross-listed between ortho and plastics and is extremely busy and highly regarded. In my experience both personally and professionally, such physicians typically tend also to hold THEMSELVES in pretty high regard. Not Dr. Hendrickson. This guy is actually a real person who treats others as such. He recently screwed Sean's hand back together. After surgery he and his nurse came out, took me to a private area, and spent at least 5 minutes talking to me about how things went, what to expect, and what to do if there were problems. I was watching other surgeons meet with other families. Not so much. The typical (said hurriedly and in front of the whole waiting room) was, 'everything was good, keep it dry, see you back in a week.' Not with Dr. Hendrickson. It was obvious that he gave a crap about both Sean and I and really took the time to make sure I understood things and had no questions. Same at the first follow-up appointment. Sean's hand is rapidly returning to normal thanks to Dr. H and his team. Truly a class-act and an asset to both the Clinic and the profession. We'd recommend Dr. Hendrickson to anyone in need of his services.
