He is one of the best doctors I've ever met in my whole life. I wish he still took family patients.

So Dr Mike has been my kids Dr for the past 20 + years. When looking for a Dr for my grandchildren…read moreDr Mike was my first choice but he was not accepting new patients. So we saw another dr at his office Dr Nicholas Shih. Let me tell you we could not have been happier. He was a great dr that was kind and explained things to us. He has an amazing bedside manner. And makes you feel comfortable. Just like Dr Mike!

My husband has used this practice, as his primary physician, for years. The practice seemed alright…read moreduring his time as a patient. This past December he had an ear infection and went to the CVS Minute Clinic. After finishing the antibiotics that were prescribed by the Minute Clinic he was still having ear infection symptoms. He called and made an appointment with his primary care physician (Nicholas Shih DO) where Dr. Shih confirmed he still had an ear infection and prescribed more antibiotics. Typically, when someone makes an appointment with their physician you are charged a regular office visit rate/sick visit rate. Well, at this office this is not the case. Since my husband went to the Minute Clinic first he was charged a transitional care rate of $426.00. I called our insurance company and spoke with numerous people all stating that this must be a specialist rate or we were billed incorrectly. After 2 months of trying to figure out these charges we were told that this is how their office charges patients. The employee who spoke to my husband told them that this office is so unethical that she has quit her job and will no longer be an employee of this office next week. It is one thing to go to a store and see a price that you will owe for a service or goods rendered. To go into the office and have to pay charges that you have no idea what they will be is robbery. $426 for a 15 minute appointment with a DO to tell my husband he still has an ear infection is insane. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.

I used to really like her until I needed an emergency contraceptive when the condom broke and she…read morerefused to give me a prescription for it. I came to realize then that she doesn't really care about women and would rather potentially force someone who can't afford to buy the pill OTC into an EXTREMELY unwanted pregnancy that would completely destroy their life rather than give them the emergency contraceptive they need. It's not your place to force a child on someone who REALLY doesn't want to have one ever. I thought it was against a doctors oath to refuse care and be biased.

I've been a patient of Dr. Marina Cutarelli for about the last 5 years. She is a very…read morecompassionate doctor and easy to talk to. She always listens to all my questions and hasn't steered me wrong medically. The problem is the office staff/management. The wait times have gotten progessively worse since I started coming to this office. The typical wait time for me, even when an appointment is scheduled well in advance, is upwards of an hour to an hour and a half. Forget getting in if you are sick. They never have afternoon appointments available and I usually have to take vacation time off of work to come smack in the middle of the day. Which is pretty frustrating because with the wait time, actual appointment, and commute, that's 2-3 hours off work. For the last non emergency appointment I had to make it took them 3 weeks to fit me in for a 10:40 appointment. The office staff is flakey. They have made mistakes with not calling in prescriptions on time or not calling back when I have left messages for the doctor. I may end up changing physicians over this. Which is a shame, since I like her but the office staff is impossible to work with.
