Went to the Medical Center in Chesterland and was ignored…read more by the Receptionist a couple of times. I had asked for the forms that needed to be filled out and she ignored me and asked the person behind me if she could help them. She continued to talk to the Patient in front of me about her boyfriend. Also, told another Patient that needed a Doctor's note that she did not need a "Reason" filled in because it was none of their business. After waiting for almost an hour, we left and went to the Urgent Care in Chardon and had a much better experience there.
