I get nervous with any medical procedures, even if it's just a facial, so I did my research on the people who work there and was amazed by their qualifications. There are two Nurse Practitioners on staff who have done extensive training in aesthetics. Upon arriving for my facial, I waited for about 5 minutes before being moved to the back. Everyone working took the proper precautions to keep a safe environment; they were wearing masks, and sanitized everything. During the procedure we had good conversations and laughed. It was like I had known these people my entire life. They gave me great recommendations on what I can do in the future to achieve my goals. There's zero question that Modern Vitality Medical Spa is staffed with a group of professionals that work diligently to help you obtain your desired look. Everyone on staff is inviting and welcoming, and the procedure itself made me feel more relaxed than I've been in a long time. My skin feels amazing, and I cannot wait to go back for another procedure. It's so easy to lie on the internet and say you're a professional , then you get there and see it's just careless individuals who try their hardest to scam you. I booked a consultation and I literally sat in there for 5 minutes before she rushed me out , It seemed like I did all the talking. All I got recommended was 900$ of "micro needling" in which I stated I wasn't interested in from the very beginning. I was told I needed to book an appointment to actually get the service done. SO I drive 25 minutes to speak with someone about my skin then leave ? That doesn't make sense. Then she said she could fit me in & that someone was using the machine and I'd have to wait 30 minutes until I'm able to use it. Speaking through a medical mask that makes me feel so comfortable , not really. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time, I expected to be able to have it. When I arrived I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet me. They didn't even ask for my name and just took me back, mistakenly about to start a service that was for someone else . The last name of the girl who was supposed to do my facial wasn't matching to the name I scheduled with. Her name tag was completely different then what is listed on the website. I don't believe the girl I spoke with here was a licensed nurse practitioner whatsoever, nor did I see any credentials anywhere in the office. I was gonna spend around 200$ for a hydra facial but I walked right out of there. Thank god I did. Obviously all they care about is money and have no actual knowledge on anything to help the client with skin concerns, so please go somewhere legitimate. This place should be reported for falsification.

Upon arriving at the office on July 16 at 9:15 I had said that I was here for my 9:15 appointment....I was greeted and told that I did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. I had cut a vacation short to make sure I had made it to this initial appointment...after waiting some 4 mos. give or take a week or two.... I handed the receptionist my paperwork and appointment card that had the appointment time on it and was told that I had to reschedule for the following wednesday, because a hygenist had called off, and there wasn't s slot open for me.I believe I handled the situation with as much grace as was able to not getting upset or saying anything rude. It is not my problem what the internal staffing problems are at the office, and frankly I don't want to hear what the businesses issues are to as to why they can not accomodate my appointment. I accepted the appointment for the following wednesday and called back today, to find out what the cost of the appointment would be as to I am paying cash. I was told 300 dollars and it was due on the day of the visit. I asked if I could submit a partial payment, and pay the balance due two days later. I was told no.it was due in full. The billing policy is understandable, I am a cash customer, and got screwed out of an appointmet that I have waited 4 months for!!!!!! No one in the office was willing to work with me and had the attitude like this wasn't a big deal!!! I'm sure the client list is large enough that my money doesn't matter a whole hell of a lot, but the screw ups on their end should have been handled with much more grace and a willingness to make things right...... I hope this office rectifies their situation in customer service soon, it is a shame that a family that has worked years to build such a thriving practice would put up with this level of service......

I had a first time appointment here yesterday. After checking in, I didn't have to wait long at…read moreall, despite almost a full lobby. So that's the good news. But my overall visit was so disappointing. I do not have insurance, so I had to save up to be able to see a ENT specialist. Once the DR came in, I felt extremely rushed. I needed to explain what has been going on for quite some time with my ears/jaw and throat. I had concerns and questions, but felt unable to have a conversation with him. I politely asked if I could quickly explain to him what brought me in there. He said yes, but then started using a loud device (like a vacuum maybe?) in my ear. All he heard from that was that I had an ear infection. I don't anymore, and that's not why I came to him. With the most recent issue, I've been twice to urgent care and once to the ER. I was so looking forward to this appointment and finally getting answers on how to move forward. Once he realized I don't have an ear infection, that was that. Nobody was rude, however i was rushed out of there and felt dismissed. The whole appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes. This was a total waste of money. Also the owner response to reviews saying they will sue you (and Google lol) if you post a review. So now I'm going to post everywhere I can.

The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

The only reason I'm even giving 1 star is because I have to in order to post and WARN people…read more COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFFING. Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your health! This could have been a life or death situation - and they did NOT care! I have only been there, so far, three times, and I think I have a way to go before I see results, but I'm willing because I'm at my wits end. He gives me treatment, and coaches me In Physical Therapy that I do at home. Dr Russell has NOT been pushy in the least about diet or supplements. This contradicts what someone else wrote, but he had not even mentioned these things. I have ASKED myself once or twice, but the Dr or staff did NOT push or pursue in any way. I have never been to a chiropractor before, and so far, it has been a hopeful and Positive experience!
