He will either see me or get back to me via MyChart messages right away. If he's out of the office, another provider will take care of me. I mean, what can you say about a doctor? He's caring, gentle, he listens, he works with me and my specialists on my myriad of medical problems. He tells it like it is, he won't sugar coat. So if you're looking for a doctor to coddle you, it's not Wu. Though, this isn't to say he's a mean, crochety type that'll yell at you if you didn't renew your prescription or lose that weight. But he will bring it up. The only bad thing is, he's so good that he's pretty full. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get in. And he's not always accepting new patients. Though, for me and a co-worker he took a family member when we mentioned it.

I went to my scheduled 1 hour appointmenT that I literally waited 6 months to get. I got there 10 minutes early for my 8am and was the first appointment of the day. I didn't get called back until 8:39am! no apologies or explanation from the doctor or staff! I was back out in the lobby by 8:47am and done. I felt so disgusted by the lack of care and concern... total disregard for me as a human being!

So, I didn't have time to do a thorough research on her, which I do for any other doctor I see. Firstly, she was nearly an hour late. OK, that was annoying, but I understand shit happens. The MA or LPN, whomever took me back and did vitals was very short with me, and wouldn't let me talk without interrupting me and trying to correct me on what symptoms I was describing! When the doc came in, she did apologize for being late. Like I say, things happen, so the apology was nice.But her exam was minimal, and she seemed very dismissive of my pain. She told me that whatever was going on wasn't very severe and I shouldn't really worry about it, but just in case she was going to do some blood tests and xray. The blood tests came back normal (which she even said could happen even with disease states) and the xray showed minor problems. Well, long medical story short, she dismissed me and my pain. When I wrote to ask he what I can do, in the absence of abnormal test results she just told me to make an appointment, we can discuss further. I decided to research a new doc, and will have waited 5 months by the time I see the new doc. Not gonna waste my time or money on someone who didn't seem to care much at all about me.

I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.
