A Chiropractor that 'hardly knows you' is and actually tries to sell you on the idea that X RAYS are the ONLY WAY that you will get actual treatment or services, um, do they make me more personable or is it that you just were asked to SIGN papers that say that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for PAYMENT OF X-RAYS if Insurance Co. does not! Hmmmm. I have Never encountered this type of behavior before and I Read the Dr. his rights and left. I did NOT Sign papers btw Seems like a Scam to me 1/2 read more

I have waited a few months before posting this because I wanted to leave a review that I could validate and have something to compare. I went to Precision in late December and had a great experience with an older therapist named Bob. He was thorough in my exam and immediately gave me exercises. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was going to be out of the office for a few weeks, so they scheduled me with another younger PT in the office. I returned for my next appointment with her and was SO disappointed. She barely talked to me, would read off a chart what exercise to give me, and then would walk to the middle of the room to chat w her male colleague and stare at the TV. She never watched me perform the exercise and most times left me sitting/laying there for 3-5 mins after I was finished until she returned. She wasn't with another client - just chatting w her colleagues. I walked out and never returned. After three months I found another PT and the difference in service and pain relief was beyond words. Dr Sarkisian is the BEST there is ! He did an exceptionally Great job taking care of my elderly mother for her hip surgery. He is Very Kind, considerate . It's wonderful when a medical professional like Dr. Sarkisian and his team are both skilled and compassionate with their patients. I can't express how highly qualified this man is, He really knows how to talk to his patients and his bed side manor are exceptional! I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes on hold, finally got through and made an apt for the Chardon office. I was given a choice of 9am, 10am or 10:30am. I picked 10:30am and was confirmed. I drove an hour all the way up there only to be told that they didn't have me on the schedule and that the doctor wasn't there. I asked if another doctor could see me and was told to fill out all their paperwork and then after waiting another 45 minutes was told that there was no one that could see me. Another hour drive back home. What a waste of time and gas and I was not happy because now I have to make another apt and go all the way back. read more

Dr. Mendeszoon preformed surgery on my son, Dominick and after the surgery my son developed a severe infection of several different bacteria including Staph that got worse over time. So Dr Mendeszoon preformed another surgery to remove the infection that failed. Even though the infection continued to get worse Dr. Mendeszoon refused to order iv antibiotics relying only on oral antibiotics that were clearly not working. Now after taking Dominick somewhere else he has an iv going into his heart for the next few months while he fights loosing his foot. read more

I have used Precisions services over the years for different sports related issues. They have done a remarkable job helping me heal, with a fantastic beside manner. There are excellent PTs on staff who seem to really care about their patients and love their job. My husband had surgery for a bone that was only given a 50% chance of being reparable by another physician. It has since healed very well and he has full use. I highly recommend Precision! read more

Since my knee pain was not "bone on bone" my doctor wasn't much interested. She took X-Rays and confirmed some arthritis. She offered me a prescription for Physical Therapy and I gladly accepted. One of the PT sites she recommended was an internal medicine doctor? It was satisfying to know that I did not have knee replacement in the near future, but somewhat frustrating that she offered no suggestions for pain relief except a cortisone injection. read more

I've noticed people only take time to write negative reviews however I had a fractured ankle 4 years ago treated and it is completely normal now and a fractured humerus snapped in two that in 8 weeks from the incident is working and moving almost to full capacity thanks to the dr and therapy. read more

Dr. Mendeszoon has been treating my father for many years. My father is not diabetic but has many "diabetic-like" issues with his legs and feet. Even though my father is over 70, he has a great deal of spunk and is on his feet a good part of the day. Unfortunately, a month or so ago, he developed a new problem due to a large branch hitting his calf. Dr. Mendeszoon's staff scheduled us an appointment quickly and treatment began. Dr. Mendeszoon was compassionate and encouraging as always. His leg is now healed and he is back to his old self! I saw Dr. Harmat for shoulder pain resulting from a work injury 20 years earlier. Dr. Harmat ordered an X Ray, performed no physical assessment and diagnosed it as arthritis in the ac joint. He prescribed cortisone shots. I went to see Dr.Williams for a second opinion, he performed 3-4 physical assessment tests, I failed one. He went straight to MRI. I was diagnosed with a 50% labrum tear. I had surgery and it was repaired 100%. The moral to the story is always get a second opinion. Medicine is a business, read more

They really don't care about their patients. Been having chronic pain from a fracture way after the fracture has happened, they are not willing to refer you to another physician that deals with chronic pain. One physician actually kept ordering x-rays, mri's and scans just to shut me up and the 2nd surgeon had the gall to tell me "Oh well, what do you want me to do about it". Then they have the attitude because of asking questions about what is going on. Not very professional. They even had to gall to bill my medical insurance, my car insurance and bill me for the same date of service. They even billed me for an amount for that same date of service, which I did not pay, but noticed when going through my payments to them that I paid my deductible for that very same visit. Of course I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the State Medical Board. Didn't receive another bill after that. read more
