I had severe shin pain and called several times. He said it was because i had lupus. I finally was forced to see another doctor who removed the cast. It had rubbed to the bone and was infected with MRSA. Ive had more than 10 surgeries ( including open heart) to remedy the problem ( and still suffering) i almost lost my leg, and my life! Please don't see him!

I think the building itself is adequate but honestly a general office building. The lab services are fairly quick as long as you don't get caught in a bad time. The confusing part is they ask that you first go to an area to check in and do your insurance before going into the waiting room for lab work.

I can't say what all types of services/specialists gave offices here, however they do have a lab if you need blood work - which again is much easier to get in and out of than the lab in the atrium at the hospital. I had a great experience with the staff here and the office I was looking for was very easy to find and clearly labeled. It's technically 2 buildings that are attached so be sure to find out which building your medical professional is in, 1 or 2. If you do go in the wrong building though, it's really no biggie because again they are attached.

No matter how packed his schedule might be he will get you in, if it is after hours he will meet you at his office or at the hospital. Sadly due to insurance I wasn't able to see him for a few years, I ran into him while waiting for my father who was having a very long and complicated heart surgery he saw us, went and got us coffee and food from the cafe, we will still waiting when he was leaving for the night,!he went and got us pillows and blankets and went to get some info on the surgery on how things were going after 13 hours, surprised the next morning after spending the night in the family waiting area with more coffee and food and the offer of going up to his office to freshen up or just rest. Who does that? He remembered all of our children's names and asked questions about them. Again while still unable to see him as my physician because of insurance he learned through A friend of mine who was also a patient that the following day I would be having a very serious surgery, to my surprise at 8 pm he called me to tell me I would be in his prayers, said my surgeon was the best there is and gave me great comfort. I felt a ton of stress about this serious surgery after talking with him. I am able to be a patient again which is such a blessing and recently fit me into his schedule and scheduled an emergency surgery the following morning into his busy surgery schedule, he moved my surgery up to his first case because of the severe pain I was in. I am also one Of the people who say "Dr. Rao, I love him" whenever his name is brought up.
