My wife and I have used Precision over a dozen times. Regardless of when I've called, I've yet to wait on hold for lass than a half hour. I suspect they route their calls through the New York BMV. The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. I just made my LAST appointment them, but while I'm waiting for my appointment, I'm shopping. I won't be using them again.
