He was personable and very caring. Unfortunately we moved from the area and I recently had my right hip done where we live now. It was a mediocre experience at best. Much more initial pain and I literally saw the doctor for 30 seconds on the day of surgery. If I have to have my knees done I will make the 2 hour drive to see Dr. Bechtel for sure!!

He answered all my questions and diagnosed me with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which is a newer name for RSDS. He recommended me to see a physician (Dr. Salim Hayek) that deals with Pain Management, Neuropathic Pain, Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, CRPS/RSD, Pelvic Pain. At least I have a name for it and get the right treatment. I only wish that I went to him originally as I could have been treating this from the get go. I would have gladly gone out of my way to see. Lesson learned: Never go to any physician out of convenience. Dr. Anderson is well worth going that extra mile.

My wife and I have used Precision over a dozen times. Regardless of when I've called, I've yet to wait on hold for lass than a half hour. I suspect they route their calls through the New York BMV. Seriously, I live fifteen miles from the Chardon office, and could easily drive there (picking up a coffee on the way) walk up to the desk, make an appointment or get a question answered in less time in less time that using the phone. I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. I just made my LAST appointment them, but while I'm waiting for my appointment, I'm shopping. I won't be using them again.
