His facility is very clean and well organized. He's clear spoken. He's very knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found this place. The other big bonus is he's not owned by Cleveland Clinic or owned by Akron City. He is connected with hospitals in the sense when he hast to do surgery, but they don't tell him how to do his job. In addition, I don't have to wait on hold for 40 minutes to make an appointment or talk to somebody. This is such a refreshing way to deal with doctors and medicine similar to how medicine used to be 30 years ago much more personable.

He answered all my questions and diagnosed me with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which is a newer name for RSDS. He recommended me to see a physician (Dr. Salim Hayek) that deals with Pain Management, Neuropathic Pain, Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, CRPS/RSD, Pelvic Pain. At least I have a name for it and get the right treatment. I only wish that I went to him originally as I could have been treating this from the get go. I would have gladly gone out of my way to see. Lesson learned: Never go to any physician out of convenience. Dr. Anderson is well worth going that extra mile.
