For months I've suffered with increasingly sharp & disruptive shoulder and neck pain; i was losing sleep, suffering all day & night; i honestly thought i was going to need surgery, or at least expensive Dr visits, and expensive physical therapy... I am so very happy i first decided to try out this inexpensive service in a benign strip-mall office. The office itself is very clean, and comfortable. Dr Anna and the whole staff here have taken all the time necessary to inform me, describe their diagnosis, & explain to me their recommendations. They waste no time addressing my concerns and that first day began right away working on me ... i seriously felt relief after my very first therapy session ! I began to sleep again without pain! Seriously, whatever it is exactly they're doing is incredibly effective... also, and to me this is a rather big point; they've spent absolutely NO time trying to up-sell me on pills, "lifestyle" products or mattresses, or simply put, anything i dont need. They do what they do; crazy deep massage stuff, bending you into odd positions, & working you out quickly and effectively with their chiropractic jujitsu... you dont need to take your clothes off, i can leave my boots on... i find myself very comfortable with them. At no time was it mentioned that it was a reoccurring payment. I then saw a spine specialist who told me that these visits had done more harm than good, and I immediately quit going to the joint. That didn't stop them from continuing to charge my benefits card - $700+ before I noticed (I don't look at the benefits summary online often, so I didn't catch it in time. Filed a complaint with the BBB. The company lied. I spoke with an attorney, and my next course of action will be taking them to small claims court to recoup the money they stole.

He took x-rays and found the problem...as it turned out, a condition I was born with. He's been caring for me since then.
