He takes the time to talk to you, get to know your needs and tell you things to do at home that will help. He truly cares about all of his patients, and goes that extra mile to do anything he can to help. If your back or neck is too tight for a manipulation he will use an electric massager to loosen up your muscles, or stretch and massage it himself to loosen it. His front desk staff is just as friendly and accommodating and will work you in if you need it.
