This place will schedule you an appointment, take your money, the doctor tell you that you will get a take home sleep study that day or the next. But the reality is you find out from the scheduler that you have to wait more than SIX WEEKS BEFORE YOU GET TO TAKE THE SLEEP STUDY. Maybe Complete Sleep Solutions should order a few more take home tests. Needless to say, I hope I never need to visit this place again. A complete waste of money for me. What a ripoff. Update: After providing me a refund due to not providing any service to me, now they are harassing me to make payment again to them. Folks, please stay away from this company or you'll be harassed just like me. You've been warned... Update: I was contacted by Yelp notifying me that someone had complained about my review, and that I could edit my review if I wanted. Everything I've said in my review is 100% accurate of my experience. The only thing else I can add is that I am still receiving requests to pay my bill, even after I made an effort and contacted Complete Sleep Solutions and explained the situation. 1-26-2025: I arranged for a sleep study to test the efficacy of my oral appliance for sleep apnea since I cannot tolerate a CPAP machine. I hate to do a comparison of the quality of the sleep study facility but here goes. This is in no way reflects the quality of care I've received here. I had a sleep study conducted two years ago at another facility (I did not like the doctor). Their sleep room was a luxurious suite (unfortunately, I did not take photos!) with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower. As you can see from the photos the room here at this facility is very utilitarian and austere in contrast to what I had experienced previously. I think I was shocked a bit. My technician Landon was kind & professional. He expertly placed the probes where needed so I had this bar of wires attached nearby as u went to bed. It was difficult to fall asleep because I usually am a night owl plus I like to have the TV on for the white noise. He couldn't find the remote so I thought I could do some reading but there's no table lamp or any lamp available for that matter only the overhead neon lights. Oh wonderful! So, I lay there in darkness trying to find a comfortable position to fall asleep with all the wires hooked up to me. Also, there is only one common rest room down the hall to use when needed. Ugh! Just great I have a nightgown on & no robe! I was hoping to not run into the 4 other patients there! (Thankfully, I didn't!). The circumstances were not conducive to great sleep. I was not comfortable or relaxed so I know I did not have a great quality of sleep. I woke up at 4:45 am, about 15 minutes before my wake up call. I answered the call of nature then Landon came to completely disconnect me followed by a couple of forms to fill out and I was discharged. The areas where the probes were placed on my head had this icky, sticky gel that was gross and tried to remove as much of it with tissue. It would've been nice to shower and get this goop off my head! I was just glad the ordeal was over! read more

Mixed Feelings - Insurance Issue and Delayed Response (3 stars) I'm giving this place 3 stars, but it's mostly based on my experience trying to get in--not the actual care, since I never got that far. I waited weeks for a call back, and when someone (Renee) finally contacted me, I was told they don't accept insurance. That was disappointing and honestly frustrating. Most people rely on insurance for medical care, and having to pay cash out of pocket is just not realistic for many of us. I'm leaving 1 star for the slow response, and taking off another star because they don't accept insurance. I get that dealing with insurance companies is tough, but that's part of the job when you're in the healthcare business. That said, I can't comment on the actual quality of care--if you're paying cash, maybe it's great. But I had to move on and find a provider that takes insurance. read more

I did a sleep study here on Saturday night. My tech professional and very personable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the attention to detail. I always sleep with a tower fan and there was one in the room along with an adjustable bed! I felt my tech went the extra mile by bringing me a cup of water and helping put my flip flops on. I went in with a broken ankle and she even offered to wet and heat a pillow case to wrap my aching ankle. The Dr. himself called me with my results , very impressive. read more

The staff told me that my Aetna insurance would cover it with NO out of pocket for me. Supposedly they had checked my insurance further. I did the sleep study and the dental exam virtually with casts of my teeth made, then sent it all in. Only 2 weeks later was told my insurance didn't cover it all and I had to pay $1,200 to get the appliance!!! They claimed their initial insurance check was automated and just an estimate! This was such a waste of my time and initial $20 payment!! Don't waste peoples time and money- let them know the correct cost up front!! I would not recommend their services nor use them. read more

Passive aggressive make you feel bad about calling, when THEY don't answer the phone even during business hours. They call me at the crack of dawn expecting me to answer. I work nights not happening sorry. The doctors great love them, the people at the front needa find a new job they don't hate. The first Visit vas very negative the pa who didn't look clean btw was very negative.. tells me by the time you guys get here you already have so many problems that are too far gone etc. I felt hopeless going in. He actually acted bothered to set me up with the machine that I took home going in. I did the best I could but could not sleep with having something attached to me while I was trying to sleep. Plus I wondered if it was very clean, I told the doctor this when I had my consultation with him, he just said well try some over the counter things he didn't really work with me find a solution. read more

I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea two years ago but never did follow up on my c-pap usage because the original place is no longer in business. On recommendation of my neurologist I decided to follow up. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Memon for several years so I got the ok to go through him. The office staff are friendly and professional. I felt the doctor and everyone else took their time with me and had good advice as well as options. I came in for my sleep study here recently. I had my study done here nearly 7 years ago. The place has been renovated and looks great! The night staff is great and make you feel very comfortable. I returned to review my results with the doctor who was very detailed and took his time reviewing results and discussing treatment options. The staff is well trained and personable. I received a CPAP and spent nearly 60 mins with the respiratory therapist and doctor. First few days on treatment have gone great! Im already sleeping better. Somethings haywire at this office. It says Dr. Henninger, but he's nowhere to be found. I was talked to on the phone by his daughter I think originally after my study. Now there's someone named Dr. Memon that seems to have taken it over? Fishy stuff going on over the past couple years. Lastly, there was a major malfunction there when I went on Medicare from private commercial insurance. They are NOT contracted with Medicare so they started charging me directly for my machine. It took nearly 6 months for them to refer me to a DME that is contracted and in the interim kept sending me bills. I would call and discuss and they repeatedly apologized for the delay in getting me switched to a DME. I was told that when I do to return their machine and they would write of the charges. Nope. Denied ever telling me that and handed me a large invoice. If you have an option to go somehere else I recommend you do so. This place is out of control. read more

My senior mother needed a sleep study done. She was quite afraid and hesitant to sleep somewhere overnight without anyone she knew around. Due to the the covid situation I was unable to stay with her. The evening I dropped her off, we were greeted by Margie. Margie is the sleep study technician. She was very understanding and listened patiently to my mom's concerns. Immediately I knew my mom was in good hands and she also lessened my mom's anxiety. I totally recommend Margie! Okay, I usually do not leave a review unless I either really like the place or really despise the place. In this case... I really like this place. The best part about my experience was walking in and seeing smiles. Everyone there was friendly and they made me feel welcomed. I told them about my troubles sleeping and they allowed me to see a doctor as soon as possible. I had an easy time telling the doctor how I felt. He was all ears and suggested a few options for me. Luckily they have new equipment that makes all other cpaps look like trash. Allison, the lady who fitted me for my mask, was such a fantastic soul. Her spirit shines through and she is amazing at keeping you comfortable and in uncomfortable situation. I've been there a few times to get my machine updated and each time it's a blast. Shout out to Lexi, Ateph, Anna, Armi, and Yulmy for being some of the coolest people in my life right now. I had to get a pulmonary function evaluation test and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience. The office called me to schedule my visit within days of my Dr. referral and Dr. Henningers staff was very compassionate providing and answering all my questions. All paperwork was immediately emailed to me so I was not only ready to go but did not have to waste time in the office. The ultimate experience and if I could give 10 stars I would was the technician that performed the test. I truly do not how he tolerated me. My anxiety caused me to have to repeat some of the testing. He not only did not make me fill bad instead coached me on told me not to give up and to fight for it. With his kindness I calmed down allowing me to complete the test. I so appreciate him and would recommend this facility to all my friends and family. read more

If it weren't for their complete scam when it comes to money, this would be a fantastic review. Had a pulmonary function test completed in October. Appointment scheduling was easy. The person who ran the test was friendly and personable. When I arrived, I was informed the test was not covered by my insurance. Seemed odd to me as we have pretty good insurance but they assured me they ran it and it wasn't approved. So, I shelled out the money at the cash price. Fast forward a month and I get the receipt from ny insurance showing the company had billed insurance and insurance had paid it. My copay was only $20. Tried calling Complete Sleep Solutions- no answer initially. Then, when I got through, my call was bumped to some other billing company, only to be transferred back to Complete Sleep Solutions to leave a message. I contacted my insurance, who called and spoke with someone who assured us both the refund would be in my account within 3-5 business days. It's been a month with no refund and no return calls from Complete Sleep Solutions. Buyer beware! If you have insurance coverage- don't pay cash price no matter what they tell you unless you personally verify it with your insurance yourself. read more

I really am shocked by all the bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience. The office staff were so very friendly towards me, Dr. Henninger was amazing and very thorough. Yeah it took me a couple of weeks to get an appt, but that's the way it is with any doctor, especially good ones. I'm thinking that some people who left negative reviews aren't used to going to doctors very often. LOL. Anyhow, I did a sleep study at home. They showed me how to use the little machine that goes on your head kind of like a visor. They contacted me with results within about a week. I was referred to an ENT, and I'm on the road to hopefully eliminating one of my health issues. I would definitely go back to see Dr. Henninger and his wonderful staff. =) read more

I went in on 11/18/2020 to do a sleep study. I was very nervous staying away from home especially during covid. I was greeted by my technician Margie Parks and was taken to a back room where I would be spending the night. She was very sweet and funny and instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything to me step by step and for the first time in my life I had no questions...lol. I went to bed and in the morning was greeted by her singing good morning to me. There is some thing shady with this office and the billing procedures. I got a referral from my primary to go here and basically the cost they gave me for a sleepy study was what my deductible was for my insurance, it sounded kind of odd and they never submitted any thing to my insurance before or after until I started asking questions. I paid the amount they said which was around $432 with a flexible spending card and I asked for an invoice with all the information I needed to get reimbursed by my flexible spending. They told me they do not provide invoices and could only give me a receipt from the credit card machine. Which I know the company wouldn't accept. I had to ask for my treatment report to get my flex spending to cover. I also questioned why they never charged my insurance and they said the claim had issues and they resubmitted it. I checked back with my insurance a few weeks later and see they got paid AND I paid them of pocket myself. So I reached out to them and they did in fact own me a refund. Not pleased. The whole billing process is off. I was told it was a family owned business by my tech. And after my study my results were given to me by someone in the office?? I never once heard or saw Dr.H??! I believe my appt was at 9pm and I don't them they got me hooked up to till about 1030? Or 11. Waste of time and money read more

I am not sure why there are negative reviews. I had an AMAZING experience from the beginning to the end. I am from NYC and I was visiting LA when I made an appointment at Complete Sleep Solutions. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience from the receptionist, techs, and Dr. Memon. They explained everything to me and I knew what I was up against from before. The techs explained everything throughly to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Memon answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My office has been using the NW region office and has been nothing but issues from day 1. "Russ" who works out of his house never answers when I call to ask questions. When I sent over chart notes they were "lost" so the process took even LONGER...5 months and still going. Horrible customer service.
