I wanted to buy a connector hose as mine had developed a minor tear and was leaking air. His four member office staff seemed to be more interested in having me make an appointment than allowing me to simply purchase an item. I was told that they would have another staff member assist me, while making sure that I really understood that they were doing me a huge favor? I again asked if they sold equipment as in my 'request' for a needed hose. They stated they did, again indicating that their intended efforts were some sort of favor? By the way, the lobby was empty, and each of them appeared uninterested in assisting a customer while sitting at their desks. I waited for a short time, became more frustrated with their failure to help me secure a minor item, and left. I will secure this needed CPAP hose item through another competent vendor. I hate to do a comparison of the quality of the sleep study facility but here goes. This is in no way reflects the quality of care I've received here. I had a sleep study conducted two years ago at another facility (I did not like the doctor). Their sleep room was a luxurious suite (unfortunately, I did not take photos!) with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower. As you can see from the photos the room here at this facility is very utilitarian and austere in contrast to what I had experienced previously. I think I was shocked a bit. My technician Landon was kind & professional. He expertly placed the probes where needed so I had this bar of wires attached nearby as u went to bed. It was difficult to fall asleep because I usually am a night owl plus I like to have the TV on for the white noise. He couldn't find the remote so I thought I could do some reading but there's no table lamp or any lamp available for that matter only the overhead neon lights. Oh wonderful! So, I lay there in darkness trying to find a comfortable position to fall asleep with all the wires hooked up to me. Also, there is only one common rest room down the hall to use when needed. Ugh! Just great I have a nightgown on & no robe! I was hoping to not run into the 4 other patients there! (Thankfully, I didn't!). The circumstances were not conducive to great sleep. I was not comfortable or relaxed so I know I did not have a great quality of sleep. I woke up at 4:45 am, about 15 minutes before my wake up call. I answered the call of nature then Landon came to completely disconnect me followed by a couple of forms to fill out and I was discharged. The areas where the probes were placed on my head had this icky, sticky gel that was gross and tried to remove as much of it with tissue. It would've been nice to shower and get this goop off my head! I was just glad the ordeal was over!

I have called, texted, and sent emails. I am asking for very little... the resolution is a 2 minute phone call. The fact that I'm not worth two minutes is a bit frustrating. Patients deserve better. I will probably never get a response so I will have to start this process all over again with new VA doctors. Don't do this to the next person please...

For my second appointment, they called me while I was already driving there and canceled my appointment last minute because I was apparently the only patient. That is unacceptable and incredibly inconsiderate. First they make you wait, then they cancel last minute. There won't be a third time! I will definitely stay away from this business.

Riza's guidance helped me relieve so much tension and pain stored for years. I used to grind my teeth at night and mouth breathe and that's completely vanished. I also feel like my anxiety levels have dipped as I've been strengthening my tongue and practicing good tongue posture. Which then helped me with my digestive issues. Everything I ate caused inflammation and now I'm realizing my poor digestion might have a strong link to my tongue posture and inability to activate my vagus nerve. I was there at the end of…read moreSeptember 2025 and was told that someone would call to schedule my surgery in a couple weeks and that my surgery would be around November. I started calling in November to follow up because I didn't hear back. They do not answer their phones. I've left a few messages, every 2 weeks, (not to bombard them) and still absolutely nothing. Such a waste of time when I could have gone to another office and could have had the surgery completed. Update: Manager contacted me and was super helpful and apologetic due to recent staffing changes. I now have an appointment for next month!
