The service call rate seemed comparable to others within the trade. Once they show up I will let you know the quality and overall workmanship. I received a call today stating that they never received payment for a service that was provided in August 2023, even though they did receive payment for another location that was serviced on the same day. This was due to them not writing down the correct email for the second location. I do understand that mistakes can happen and that payments are necessary to run the company. However, the way the office manager spoke to me about the payment was very unprofessional. It felt like she was the owner of the company. Due to this, I have decided not to call them back for any of my seven locations in Des Moines. I read on Yelp that "72 is about creating and developing relationships with our customers by providing superior service". However, this is not how they can build a relationship with customers. I have been working in customer service for the past seven years and I have never encountered anyone who has spoken to me in such a manner. I just hope that the owner, Kendel Richlen, reads this and takes action to improve his business for future customers.

But this is just offensive. And they charge you $99 just for showing up, so you're caught in the trap that if you don't hire them, you lose $99. Frame of reference: $368 is roughly equal to what the average American household earns in a WHOLE DAY. (Note: I'm in Des Moines, although my Yelp location shows me in San Francisco).

One of the Bell Brothers technicians came out and adjusted the programming so the furnace would run on the high-heat stage whenever it operated. That appeared to resolve the issue until Monday February 23rd. We started to experience the same problem. We contacted Bill Brothers again to schedule another service visit, and a different technician diagnosed the problem as a clogged furnace filter, which had been replaced only four months earlier. The technician mentioned that the furnace was not properly diagnosed during the January visit. He removed all the programming entered by the first technician and reset the programming to factory default. I sent Bell an email asking for a refund for the first service call since the issue was not diagnosed properly. No response. I called Bell Brothers on Friday, February 27th asking for a response. I was told that the service manager was out for training but will respond early the next week. Today is Thursday, March 5th. No return call or response via email.
