5 stars for me! I've been a patient for 10 plus years and refuse to shop anywhere else for my glasses and contact lenses. On site exams, huge selection, affordable prices, what else is there to say? I don't know of another optical shop where I can get an eye exam, pick out my frames, and receive my prescription glasses in the same day. read more

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and my most recent experience was beyond incredible and is why I am leaving my review. I made the switch to contacts after having glasses for over ten years. Contacts forever scared me but I made the jump, got my eyes examined again by the DR on site. Picking up my contacts was smooth and Leslie was the biggest help when it came to doing a demo of trying my contacts on. She was kind, careful and mindful of everything she was guiding me on. I will go between contacts and glasses from day to day but I'm happy I'm confident wearing my contacts. This store offers a wide range of brands and many styles to pick from. All staff is super helpful and patient when you're selecting your next frames. Thank you kindly for always giving amazing service. read more

I recently just walked in, was checked in for an eye exam and out the door in 20minutes! They handled everything with my insurance quickly, the lady was energetic at the front desk and friendly. Told me the contacts would take 2 weeks but literally contacted the next day for pick up, great spot! read more

Update: Just opened my messages here on Yelp and low and behold what do I find? The store manager Griselda leaves me a nasty message. Two years later! This should serve as a reflection of the POOR customer service you will receive if you ever find yourself in this horrible place. read more

My fiancé is now waiting in the emergency room to get her eyes checked because of their negligence. They only care about getting a sale by any means. The owner Adam didn't take me seriously the first time I left a review and had it removed. Now I'm waiting to see if they caused any damage to her vision. They don't value customer service. Went from saying you need to buy a years supply of contacts to letting us buy one box and it was the wrong prescription. It wasn't for astigmatism and they work with the doctors Jodi next door. Don't trust them if you value your eyesight. I've been going here since 2010 and I'm not sure what changed recently, but they are desperate to get you to buy anything because the astigmatism contacts are much more expensive so they gave her a regular one. Deceptive business practices because that brand doesn't even make color contacts for astigmatism. Be careful read more

I love transparency and fairness. Proceed at your own risk. This is an update to April 3, 2025. I received a call to get an understanding of what transpired. I explained my perspective as done here in the review. I received an apology from another manager. I was offered what I initially called for to be begin with. I accepted. It did take a month to receive the missing item. I appreciate the sentiment for the item. However, I will always remember what happened. Not sure if or when I decide to visit the location, as they have my prescription if that male manager will be there. It's a concern. Be well all. read more

5-Star Yelp Review I can't say enough great things about this optometrist and their team. I came in with a unique request: I needed my prescription lenses fitted into a pair of oversized glasses that weren't exactly easy to work with. Most places would've told me it wasn't possible or given up when it got tricky--but not here. The process took a couple of weeks, but they kept me updated every step of the way and assured me they were doing everything they could to make it work. True to their word, they pulled it off, and the result was perfect. I know it wasn't an easy task, but their persistence and commitment to finding a solution blew me away. It's rare to find people who go above and beyond these days. Most give up when things get complicated, but this team stuck with it until they delivered. I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you need someone who genuinely cares about their customers and their craft, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! read more

As a long time glasses wearer I have been through my fair share of optometrist offices. I would have to say that this place is up there in terms of their selection, customer service, and price. Complete Eye Care Center is a great eyeglass store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Adam and Anthony have excellent customer service and value their customers. Raul at the Inglewood store was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my eye exam right away. I didn't have to wait . The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have many different options and colors and with a wide range of frames and sunglasses . Including name brands and designers . The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I got black Ray Ban for my sunglasses and Dior black frames for my glasses. Both prescription glasses. The stores and waiting room were very clean and comfortable. I was able to get both my frames and new prescription sunglasses the same day. I drove a hour and half to go to their company because I trust their products and their company. I told my friends and family and will definitely return in the future. Very happy and satisfied with the customer service , my experience with the staff, and new frames and sunglasses. It is a family own business that treats you like family the minute you walk in. read more

Have been visiting here, at Complete Eye Care for nearly 10 yrs, while even back in the 1990s, when the same location was another optometry center. All those the times I've lived in the area have I ever been disappointed with the costs, care and competency the whole group have proven to be here at C.E.C.C. If anything, the speed and accuracy of their overall professionalism over the years have laid to rest every concern I have ever had about my visionI may have ever had. I've spent over four decades as an advertising and marketing creative director and illustrator and concerned about my vision. The Staff here have never faltered earning my respect. A special shout-out for the care taken by the Center's ophthalmologist, Dr. Jodi Clark. Above and beyond care! read more

This is a great place to find beautiful frames . It is in Hawthorne Blvd not far from freeway exit ramp if coming from LA and in right side corner . Parking in back . The employees are knowledgeable-- Griselda , Monica, Marsha, Raja , and another person who smiles a lot . I started with Monica and ended up with Griselda -- I had two friends needing eyewear and prescriptions were a bit heavy so Griselda took charge and advised the correct type of lens / frames for them . That's so important ! The location is clean and sparkly and I actually love the sunglasses which I hope to return and buy a pair . Visit their store it's a nice place with chairs to sit too and the people know their eyeglasses ! Buy with confidence ! read more

I've purchased prescription glasses from them for over a decade and they've always delivered excellent quality products and prompt delivery of services. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Raul and Griselda for your professionalism! read more

This place was fast. They were all friendly and super efficient. I went there thinking I was gonna spend at least 30 minutes to repair my glasses but she took it to the back and came back and told me that they usually don't repair it but they made an exception. I thought that they still had to repair it, but it was done within seconds. I asked her how much it was gonna cost and she basically said it's free because it only took a few seconds. I am so grateful for this place. I can't wait to go back when I have more time to browse through all of their glasses. They have a huge selection to choose from. read more

After struggling with Warby Parker and then Costco (Costco actually recommended CEC because I wanted bifocal sunglasses that were not polarized) I found my way to Complete Eye Care to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses. I have a very strong prescription and they did a great job making them just the way I wanted them, lightweight and thin. I felt they had a very nice selection of frames and the price was very fair. The sales people are very helpful too. I am a very happy customer and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks! read more

I've been coming here since 2017, and I must say this is been a great place to get all my optometry needs. The service has always been great and held in a friendly way. Special shoutout to Griselda, that's the girl right there always patient with all the questions and needs. The selection is everything you need when it comes to contacts and prescription glasses. I've been a customer of Complete Eye Care for at least 10 years and the service received today was super disappointing. Walked in this afternoon for an eye exam and hoping to purchase a couple of pairs of glasses. They were super busy, but that's not the problem. The issue I had was standing in line for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Customer service is legit a lost art in 2023 (hard eye roll that I hope you can see and feel through my words). The simple act of saying "hello, we'll be right with you" would have been sufficient, but nope...not a word from anyone and I really don't even know was working vs who was waiting to be serviced as well. I'm legit writing this review as a note to the manager or owner to get their people together. It doesn't take much to greet and maybe even encourage a customer to look at/try on glasses while they wait. read more

After a misunderstanding, Griselda went above and beyond to correct the issue. Appreciate the help and they do value their customer base.

Another great experience with CEC. After receiving 5 Star service last week from Raul and CEC, I took my wife's new prescription and 3 frames to get new lenses for each. 2 tented for sunglasses and 1 for clear vision. Hated every glass frame and paid $500 for my designer frames. I was told that they had to be sent off due to my prescription after I paid. With so many out there trying to take advantage of "inflation" as an excuse to price gouge (especially in nearby Manhattan Beach) it's refreshing to purchase eye wear from a business that miraculously does not do that! Griselda was - beyond words - a professional and a good soul to be sure everything was just right with my order. Even at their own expense when they agreed to fine-tune my prescription lenses at their own cost to be sure I was happy! I sincerely recommend this location for terrific service and value!!! read more
