Quags takes apart pieces of the dryer to make sure that there is no lint collecting in undesired places, does a thorough cleaning of the hose and the vent, and looks for any parts that need to be replaced. Payment via credit card was really easy. All in all, I am thrilled to have Nick, as part of the team that helps take care of my home! I would recommend Quags to anyone.

He then showed me all the before and after pictures and I was quite embarrassed with how long I had let this go. He recommended doing this once a year and there's no doubt we will be calling Lowe's again to do the job.
