Very pricey... just one young teenager blazer cost $16.50. If not new customer, would not have discount (one time only). Can't expect the other garments cost!! They would be expensive. This cleaner has same day service, drop-off before 9am and pick up after 3pm. Front staff was friendly though. Will update after pick up! Add'l comment: quick service, got a text saying ready to pick up before noon. Thats the reason I gave 1 more star. The garment looked clean. (It was not dirty though, just wanted to dry clean after a few times wearing.) Just too expensive to dry clean one blazer! Can't imagine how much to clean other garments. read more

I had my dress hemmed, and the process was extremely quick. It seems that this place has different people who can handle hemming. The turnaround time was only one week. I took a chance and trusted this place for hemming my bridesmaid dress, even though it was only two weeks until the event. It felt risky, but everything turned out well, and the price was reasonable. Called to inquire the cost of dry cleaning for two suits and was told we can drop off anytime. I dropped them off over the weekend, received a ticket with a bar code, and was told to come back on Wednesday to pick it up. I was expecting a phone call or some follow up to tell me it was in fact ready. I didn't get one but picked it up on Wednesday, showed them the barcode and got the suits. Overpriced and quality of service is poor. I had some alterations done and the service was dismal. I had two fittings and they still struggled to make the fit look good. The manager took no responsibility for measuring mistake he made. I wanted it fixed he argued with me even though it was obvious it didn't fit. Instead of offering to make it right. Finally got a chance to write a review for this shop. It's run by the sweetest family I have ever met. Initially, I had a wedding dress I wanted to steam and pressed because it's super poofy but last minute, my dream dress made it in time and I asked if I could come in and swap out the dress if the process has not started and they happily done so without extra cost! Came and pick it up on the following Saturday a week before my wedding date and it was perfect and reasonable price. I needed to get a wedding guest dress hemmed and dry cleaned in two days and John took the time and assured me that I would be happy and it will come out perfectly. I was quoted $80 to hem a bridemaid dress that has three layers on the skirt. I was shocked at the price. The guy said that was normal and it included steaming. I'm not sure how much steaming alone is but $80 seemed too much. I ended up going to a place in SJ that was recommended to me. The SJ cleaner quoted me $40. read more

I took, IDK, about 25 old super fly fits I worked hard to fit back into before our Vegas trip. They made sure they were ready in a very short time when I needed them and I could not pick them up. So the Mrs. had to and she said it would have taken her 4-5 trips to get them to the car. They carried out everything for her and hung them in our car proper for her. I have been coming here for several years. My last three transactions made me decide to look somewhere else. First, I had a hem come out that they had sewn. He has done several hems for me in the past. So, when I brought the pants in, he knew that they did it. He refused to back up his work and charged me for a new hem. Secondly, I gave him another chance and brought 2 more pairs of pants to be hemmed. I was told to pick them up the following Tuesday. Went in Tuesday afternoon and they were not done. Went back in today. The pants were done but I was given no discount for having to come back. Thirdly, the sign in the front window says , in Spanish, $10 for hemming pants. He charged me $12 per hem. Lastly, for the many years I have been going there, no discount was given for me having to drive back over there. I would have been happy with $1 off. Just a gesture would have worked. read more

This is my pops go to dry cleaners spot for so many years. We have tried other cleaners in the past but didn't receive the best end results when it came down to getting our dress shirts dry cleaned. When you ask them to heavy starch a piece of fabric they will actually DO IT! Unlike other places that will cheat you. We still give them our business after moving out of town.. 3 dress shirts with heavy starch came out to be close to $12 plus the 15% off from check-in came out to be roughly $10 & some change. I have been going here for several years! The owners are so nice. They have everything done on time and it is always well done. Being a husky dude, I have some of my favorite pants that have holes and they fix them right up. They have also replaced a missing button just because on my dress shirts. Everything is done in-house so you don't have to worry about your clothes going to a different location. The only thing that sucks and the place has no control over this, and that is parking. Parking in the afternoon is a nightmare. Fantastic people fantastic place. Use them! read more

We went to two other places that said they couldn't do it. I called here and the friendly owner told us to bring it in and he would take a look. When we did, he said that he would try it briefly while we were there to make sure he could do it to our liking before we left it with him. I got my office blazer altered from them. They did a good job. John explained to me, what was possible and what was not. He was cordial and did not sound pushy or forceful. He let me take my time to decide, since alteration services are not cheap anywhere. Also, they have some of the order management stuff automated: When you give your garment at the store for dry cleaning or for any alteration job, they enter your details into their system. Then when the garment is ready to be picked up, their system automatically sends you a text message. When you go there to pick up your garnent at the store, just give them your phone number or invoice number, they have like a conveyor belt with clothes hung up and it will automatically pull up your garment. It was pretty cool. I would definitely go back to them for alterations , hopefully I get a return customer discount. read more

I have only had to get two items dry cleaned in my life and both were within the last year. I googled the closest dry cleaner to my house and this location came up. the first time I went I took my peacoat which need basic cleaning and was happy with the service. The second time; however, I took my husband's black jacket which he managed to get white paint along the pockets. This family owned business is professional and do a wonderful job. Brought some shirts for Laundry and ties for dry clean. The pricing is a little cheaper than the chain cleaners. With the price of their service being slightly cheaper I guess bad service is what I should expect. They were not able to clean one of the ties, but still charged me full price. I was hoping to find a new cleaners since I moved away from the old cleaners. Being close to the freeway I have huge dilemma in wether or not to use this cleaners. read more

Came here a year ago after trying several other dry cleaners. Every one of them would leave my shirts with broken buttons on the sleeves, many stores even post signs that broken buttons will not be their responsibility. The owner here explained it was because there was a part of the machine they use that needs to be changed, but many shops rather cut cost and run it to its end. Been coming back ever since.
