Just had our windows tinted here and they are wonderful. Can't beat the price! We had carbon tinting done and it is such a relief to reduce the sun glare and heat. Robert was very helpful. He educated us on the options, showed us the different films and we were able to see some cars being tinted. Dropped the car off and it was done as promised. Love It. My wife's Toyota Matrix had a blown out rear door window. Got about 8 quotes and Complete Auto Glass was the best. They were like $150 less than Safelight. Nicole was the one I worked with on the phone. She was so nice I called back the next day to schedule them to come back and do the windshield that was cracked as well. I got quotes for a replacement side window from four companies and Complete Auto Glass was within a couple dollars of the lowest quote. I called right when they opened and a nice gal quickly got me a quote and an appointment for later that day. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and still only waited about 40 minutes for them to complete the job. The installer was very friendly and did a great job. I plan to get window tints soon and will go strait back to Complete Auto Glass. Very satisfied! read more

They didn't have the 3M tint in the shade that I was hoping for so they upgraded me to the best tint for no extra charge! The tint looks wonderful and I'm sure it will last with the life of my car. I had my windshield replaced by Complete Auto Glass in 2014. When they put the new windshield in, they bent the cowl either when it was being taken off or put back on. Now the weatherstrip no longer stays in place and flaps around. I took the car in twice after the work that they did to have them fix the weatherstrip and get it to stay, and all they did was push it back into place and tell me that it was not a big deal. Come to find out that due to the large gap the bent cowl created, a bunch of debris got into the car and clogged the AC line. So this summer when I started needing to use my AC, the line isn't able to drain the water created by the AC out of my car, and the fan now blows it into my car. To keep this from happening, I have to get the cowl replaced which costs several hundred dollars for the part and then labor. I have the original invoice from getting my windshield replaced and it stated "Any installation comes with a Complete Lifetime Warranty against workmanship when the product is bought through Complete Auto Glass..." . So I called and was told that there was no possible way this could have happened. That they had never seen this in there 12 years of replacing windshields, and I must be mistaken. I was told that the owner would call me that following Monday, which was a week ago today and I have not received a phone call. As I have moved to the East Coast and cannot bring my car in to be looked at by them, I took pictures and asked if I could email the pictures to them. They said yes and then did not give me their email address, it is not listed on their website, nor on my invoice. So, after a few days of waiting for a phone call, I sent them a message through their website asking them to please email me so I would have their contact info and could send them the pictures. I still have not received a phone call back or an email like I requested. I do not recommend using Complete Auto Glass because they do not stand my their work and their word means nothing to them. read more

This place did an awesome job on our Doge Avengers window tint. The staff was very knowledgeable, they don't try to sell you anything more than what you are asking for. They also were very flexible with my busy schedule! I had to cancel once, they were really willing to make it work for us at anytime we needed. I want to get my other cars windows redone from a previous tinting company, and I and defiantly getting it done here. The finished product was great. I had my windows tinted here about six months ago. I wanted to wait to review until then. They tinted my Dodge Avenger and the tint is perfect. No bubbles, fade or wear after six months. Not a very professional company, didn't return calls, showed up without any call on timing. Owners name was Eddie, couldn't seem to return a call. Then glass leaked, It was easier for me to go buy more sealer and seal the leak myself then it was to deal with this company. I have used many glass companies in my life.. some great, some not so great. Awful! They have some of the best prices in town but don't be tempted to use them. I ordered a salvage back glass and it was supposed to be installed the day before the Fourth of July weekend. I received a phone call from the manager telling me that the salvage yard broke my back glass and that they were out of the part. I had to go the entire three day weekend without my car. When the installer came the next week, he told me that the salvage yard actually still had the glass but that he did not feel like driving from Aurora back to the salvage yard. WTF? I went without my car over fourth of July weekend, because he didn't feel like driving from Aurora to Denver?!?! The installer then told me that he didn't have a vacuum so he could not clean the broken glass out of my car (this is standard when having a window replaced). He managed to shatter the window he was installing - resulting in broken glass everywhere. Suddenly, he had a vacuum cleaner and began to clean up the glass. At this point it was starting to rain and my car was not protected from the elements. The manager came with a new piece of back glass. For some reason they did not install the black tubing that normally goes around the window. I was told it would be another $200. Prior to all of this I was told that they would discount my install $20-$30 for all of the trouble, but I was only discounted $10. My back window looks terrible!!! There is black glue smeared around the window and Complete Auto Glass did not install the tubing that normally hides the glue. STAY AWAY!!! read more
