I filed a claim with my insurance which goes against for raising rates and I could not revoke that even tho I did NOT get window done. All because 20 million people I talk to never could tell that since my car is over 10 years old they may or may not be able to do. AND they give you window of 8 to 5!!! Not 8 to 12 or.1 to 5...I had to block my WHOLE day.

I hadn't gotten the extra insurance, so I was in a bind. I checked Yelp, saw A1 Auto Glass was along my route, and called them. Steve answered right away, heard what happened, and said he could take care of it. I let him know where I was on the highway, and he figured I'd be there by 4:30. I pulled in right on time, and he got started. The crack was about quarter-sized, but he fixed it so well it was barely noticeable. Gerber Collision & Glass completed repairs on my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder in September 2025 following…read moredeer damage covered by an insurance claim. I picked up the vehicle on October 1, 2025 after being informed that all repairs were complete. Shortly after picking the vehicle up it overheated. After having it inspected by a local repair shop, I was informed that a Gerber technician had improperly mixed the coolant, which caused the thermostat to fail and the engine to overheat. As a result, the overheating led to a blown head gasket, and the vehicle is now inoperable. Serra Nissan has since diagnosed the vehicle with a blown head gasket and provided a repair estimate of $7,000. I have been in contact with the Regional Manager, Michael Price, in an effort to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, communication has been inadequate. Mr. Price has been unresponsive, has avoided my phone calls, and has delayed resolution by requesting that I approve a second opinion from a repair shop affiliated with Gerber. I am already paying a car payment and insurance on a vehicle i cannot drive, paid multiple towing bills and the initial diagnostic bill of $1,400 to the dealership. I should not have to pay for this error out of my own pocket. I have given Gerber an excessive amount of time to address this issue promptly and appropriately. 0/10 Do not recommend.

Minimal damage, just the plastic front piece surrounding the grill of our RAM truck. We made an appointment for beginning of Nov. They looked at it, sent the estimate to the insurance, said they would order the part and get back to us. After not hearing from them, I made contact again, they never ordered the part. Said they would, did, then said it would be March before they could get the part and fix the truck. They called in Feb saying the part was in, we made the appointment to get the piece replaced. Once my husband got there for the 9:30am appointment, they informed him it would be a few hours before they could get it in. A FEW HOURS?!? Isn't this why appointments are made? And if they knew there would be a delay, why wouldn't we get a courtesy call to either reschedule later in the day or a different one. After my husband saying he wouldn't wait, they checked and were finally able to pull the truck in and fixed the part. It was a quick job that should have never taken, not only the 3.5 months to get the part and appointment to complete the job, but then be told to wait a few hours! I was ready to ditch this company when they didn't originally order the part they said they would, certainly will not now after the final run around.. Would have done it ourselves if the insurance co would have ok'd it.. I would hate to see their fix-it time if there was any sort of major damage
