Not only did they tackle it as if it wasn't a problem, the new installation is perfect. Not the first time we've used them, they have always been great. Steve replied the same day to my phone call and we set a date for him to come by and look at the damaged window. He was here on time and quoted a price that was significantly lower than another estimate. I received an order form by email the next morning which I signed and returned it immediately. New window arrived in less than two weeks and the installer (a very nice fellow and efficient worker whose name I don't have) installed the new window in less than 30 minutes. He then made sure the window and surrounding frame were very clean. We would absolutely use Glass Guru again.

At this point I'm worried, but I have to call someone else. I would recommend you do the same

We ordered glass shower doors and seedy glass for our kitchen cabinets for a new home. My husband was going to install the shower doors and Jeremy was very kind and said he would talk my husband through the installation process if needed. Well, as it turns out the doors came in, Jeremy called and said he would deliver them for us (for a nominal fee, (which was totally worth it) and that his guys could install for us if time allowed. They came out on a snowy day and did a great job installing and were very professional and nice. The seedy glass looks great in our cabinet doors, which Jeremy installed as well. All in all it was refreshing to deal with such a nice man, business and employees and that they actually did what they said and went above and beyond.
