The roof had three layers of shingles on it that all needed striping along with a skylight that needed replacing. Workers from Big Rapids Roofing came out yesterday morning around 7am and worked until 7:30 - 8pm in the evening. Five men and a woman. The team of six employees worked together great. They knew what needed to be done and they didn't stop until the job was finished. When finished on the roof they cleaned everything up like using a fine tooth comb. They were extremely hardworking, efficient, thorough and kept me informed on what issues they found while on the roof and showed me the boards that needed replacing from water damage. We were fortunate they didn't find any mold in the rafters after all the leaking we've experienced. This team of workers from Big Rapids Roofing I would hire for any job and strongly recommend them to others for all their home or business work project. Also to install aluminum facia on the soffit and gables on her home. FINALLY in November of 2021 after numerous calls to the company, they came out and ONLY completed the siding on the dormer. This is only 1/3 of the job. We have been calling, leaving messages, and texting Connor and his office. We have ONLY gotten many promises from this company and Connor. THEY have never shown up. Our last conversation with Connor was in April of 2024, he was going to contact us in 2 weeks. He again is no longer responding to phone calls or messages. It is now September2024, and nothing has been done. This is causing more damage to her home by not getting the job finished. My Mom is elderly in her 80's and has wondered if she will see the work completed on her home. IT HAS BEEN 4 YEARS!!!
