J&J Removed all of the "overgrown, weedy rock garden area" around our house....hard to grow anything nice, because the DEER eat all of the Hostas, Shrubbery, Day Lillies...(.but the Deer don't eat the wild grass and weeds). They pulled out all of the rocks, dug up the weeds, put down a weed stopper, landscape fabric, and put the original rocks back in place!!!!! This area looks 100% better, all of the rocks that had been there over 20 years, reappeared! Looks great again, thought I might need to buy more rocks....but they were all dug up and filled the "rock garden" to its original capacity. What would have taken my Spouse and I at least a week of achey knees and backs, J&J completed in less than half a workday!!!! They told us the service call would be $240. A service person arrived and within a very short time told us that the stove was obsolete and that part were no longer available. Why did they even come out when they knew the stove was obsolete and parts were no longer available? Wish I would have argued more when I handed over $240. We felt very ripped off since they knew that they couldn't help us even before they arrived.

The bucked wood is exactly as requested and stacked in neat piles, which was not requested or expected.
