At the same time Leeson Ave was flooding and when we called Victor at Greater North Services about concerns for the low areas around basement window wells, Victor and his crew came out on Sunday night and put sandbags out for us. Today,( Friday) after the lift station was fully operational, and the street levels were dramatically lower, we called Victor just before 10 am about pumping out some of our basement water, and a crew was there shortly after 11am! Through this whole ordeal so far, Victor was a calming presence, as we were panicking. Highly, highly recommend Victor and Greater North Services!!!
