Also to install aluminum facia on the soffit and gables on her home. FINALLY in November of 2021 after numerous calls to the company, they came out and ONLY completed the siding on the dormer. This is only 1/3 of the job. We have been calling, leaving messages, and texting Connor and his office. We have ONLY gotten many promises from this company and Connor. THEY have never shown up. Our last conversation with Connor was in April of 2024, he was going to contact us in 2 weeks. He again is no longer responding to phone calls or messages. It is now September2024, and nothing has been done. This is causing more damage to her home by not getting the job finished. At the same time Leeson Ave was flooding and when we called Victor at Greater North Services about concerns for the low areas around basement window wells, Victor and his crew came out on Sunday night and put sandbags out for us. Today,( Friday) after the lift station was fully operational, and the street levels were dramatically lower, we called Victor just before 10 am about pumping out some of our basement water, and a crew was there shortly after 11am! Through this whole ordeal so far, Victor was a calming presence, as we were panicking. Highly, highly recommend Victor and Greater North Services!!!

These two gentlemen doing excellent work, they are very fussy and precise in their work, and while they may seem a little slow in their approach, it's because they take their time and do it right. Some come in and rush around and leave some problems behind. Not in this case, I have a perfectly beautiful floor and two of my other problems were fixed also. Super job, super team, super good work.
