Side note: Our home painting took longer than he expected; thus, he was in a great hurry to move on to his next job. Over a few days we discovered blue tape hanging on roofline in two different spots (too high to reach without ladder), unpainted areas, window edges blotched with paint, and many more mistakes. T Padilla's words after many texts/calls attempting to get him to return to fix errors: "Like I said you paid when it was complete and I did do a walk around." Not true! Tony did not. His employee did a quick walk. "This is why I don't warranty my work...because your (you're) picking apart small issues that should've been acknowledged before I left your house"....many more texts back/forth...Then: "I just want to cut ties and continue on with my business." So he has cut us off and will not return. To Tony his job is finished. He got paid. We are stuck with having paid him in full and now it's up to us to fix his company's errors.

Several people who have had problems with other contractors in the past told us we should replace the siding because paint would not stick. The owner Rod is very knowledgeable about paint chemistry and assured us he could do the work. The surface preparation, primer and coatings he chose worked very well and we have had no problems with peeling or delamination, even with annual pressure washing. Since then, we have hired Airway for all our painting needs including complete interior repainting of walls, doors, trim and cabinets. Rod was very helpful in suggesting color schemes and sheens. The products and coating systems he chose for us are durable and easy to clean without scratching. In addition to quality work, Airway paid close attention to cleanliness and protection of our floors and furnishings. That was when they vanished into thin air (with our money and materials). To add insult to injury we have already encountered problems with the work that has been done and will have to pay to fix the poor work they put into the project. Don't get sucked in by this guys "5-star customer service" crap. I have no idea how these people can sleep at night. WORST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE!
